The fact that you have to initially connect to a PC or phone by USB or Bluetooth makes it not a truly air-gapped device. It’s just become vulnerable by doing so. For it to be a worthwhile device they need to add a microSD slot for firmware updates.

Do you need to use sparrow, elecrtrum, blockstream green with it?! I always see it advertised that way… Any idea the pros and cons and why they are mentioned together?
no but those are recommended and they are mentioned because they are trustworthy and can be used w air gap

I have the green wallet and the jade wallet on the app and they both show the exact same amount of BTC. I thought the Green wallet is a hot wallet?
The green wallet can be used to access the Jade as well as its own wallet. It’s probably just showing the balance in the program but you can access it without the jade
Can I set up multiple individual accounts in the jade, kinda like ledger?
I'm new to this HW, what is the seedphrase device. Do i still need to write down all 12 - 24 words on paper ?

If one gave the new jade wallet the seed phrase from a ledger wallet won’t that move the btc over? And then can you change the seed phrase on the jade after the btc is moved over? Isn’t that better than transferring from ledger? Like to hear if this is a better or worse way? Thanks in advance?
The seed phrase can be used on an device so long as they use the BIP39 Standard. You are unable to change the seed phrase, the only work around would be to generate a new seed phrase. If you want to move Bitcoin over, here are the steps I would suggest taking.
First generate the new seed phrase on your desired device, in this case the Jade. This will allow you to get the receiving address, make sure you copy it somewhere, as well as the seed phrase.
Then go through and enter ledger seedphrase into jade.
Send funds and bam !

They collect data? That's a red flag for me.
It's just data on how the app works .They're the most secure HW on the market. Ledger is closed source and with their recover update they literally opened backdoors for leaks and trezor has partnered with companies that collect Blockchain data. This HW is the best safe option if you're only into BTC

Is the Blockstream Jade only for Bitcoin? I'm not finding any of crypto listed that it will store

This thing is starting to look pretty good. I bought a Ledger Nano X and it makes NO sense. Ledger is junk.

You can use sites like change now or any decentralized exchange to buy BTC and just send it to the address
Same here. Fell into the ledger trap. Now only Bitcoin only devices for me.

Segwit is just a little more cost efficient for transaction fees
