I still listen to all of them. Disturbed, Bizkit, Offspring, Blink, Creed, Bush... I'm stuck there. I entered 'high school band' phase at 35. I don't mind.
Never listened to them too much growing up, but they've definitely made it into my soundtrack since my break-up. Helps me feel something other than the usual apathy and emptiness.
They took had their moment in the early 2000s when the redid their song broken ft. Amy Lee. Then Wind Up tried to capitalize on the fame by rereleasing the disclaimer album with some more tracks and then pushed the Karma & Effect album, which arguably wasn't their best work. Shaun's alcoholism took a toll and the group went on heiadous so he could clean up. After the death of his brother they released finding beauty in negative spaces album which clowned on k&e but their window to mega popularity had closed. Especially since a lot of nu metal fans sided with amy lee in her and shauns little spat and seether just never got as big as they could have. But they're still together producing songs which is more than can be said for mostbof the huge bands of the era.
My son's 18th birthday is day of the Corbin show, and SEETHER is my all time favorite band and hopefully I get to be there with my SON for his first show... thank you SEETHER for hopefully making this an epic 18th birthday for me n my son.... SEETHER4LIFE
I’ve loved all of Seethers songs. They can’t do anything wrong. Their songs mean a lot to me. The music the words are pure perfection. Extremely talented! Love you guys ❤️
I don't think music is about wrong or right neither perfection, but I'll agree that talent with allow it to reach higher or deeper. I think music is about what it makes you feel. Emotions. Different songs make you feel different things. I also don't believe that non-chaotic is better than chaotic (or heavy) music. It's about the beauty of the emotions that play within the listener and ofc the performers too.
I agree 100% The Gift helped me through my drinking rehab, God Bless that song! I printed the lyrics framed it and read them out loud to my self. All I listen to is SEETHER, August 1st will be 12 years since I had any alcohol, thank you Seether, you guys saved my life, can't wait to see you live in Seattle. Rock & Roll Hall of Fame NNOOWW!
Shawn's words are poetry and hold so much meaning. Super proud of him and Dale, I've been a fan since their stale smoke and booze bar days in Johannesburg 🇿🇦
For me, the lyrics of this song speak directly to the fact that our 16-year-old son was just diagnosed with mild autism. There was just something we could never put our finger on and could never find support for, and now we are relieved to know and also beating ourselves up over so many things we could have done better as parents through the years. Shaun, I don't know how you and the guys do it but keep it up. You are a genius musician and songwiter.
Breathtaking... captivating... mesmerizing... and above all else awe inspiring. Music at its finest. Straight from the heart and played with pure raw emotion. Thank you Seether for sharing and giving everyone your musical gifts! They truly are a treasure that will last forever!
What fair is that? All I’ve seen is the amphitheater shows with 3 Doors Down. 3 Doors Down sucks, outdoor amphitheaters are terrible venues for live shows, and tickets seem to be $80-$200+. I’ve got to check the tour schedule again
When he is saying “say something now” it gives me the feeling he is trying to wake someone up who OD and when he stops and the instrumental comes back on it shows how the world keeps moving wether you are here or not.
Seether is the one rock band my son loves. I took him to see them in Pensacola, and he just fell in love with the band. That and he's heard them since he was born so he knows the songs but it was just noise until he saw them live.
Only recently found Seether, which is bloody shameful at 38, but certainly one of my favourite bands. Kudos guy's, love to hear an acoustic version of Nobody Praying For Me.
My best friend of nearly 10 years showed me this song when I was at an all time low. She comforted me with this song. Eventually as the years passed by she felt as if our friendship wasn't genuine anymore and wished to go her own separate path. Everytime I hear this song I can't help but remember the good times we had.
I imagine the original being a story of two people during the apocalypse, desperately trying to make it through alive and somewhat sane. At the part "Say something now", I feel like one of them has died and the other is trying to get them to speak, at least something to know they're there, but to no avail, therefore the scream of "now". This version feels like the aftermath of that, the survivor telling the story of their ordeal, and when coming up to the "Say something" part, just sighs as if to say "There's nothing more to that, they aren't there to hear me say it."
The original song sounds angry while this version sounds sad. ❤️ Both are great! And like everyone says, there's a lot of emotions in every song you guys make!
you can't imagine how impressed I am with the new version of this song !! this is the best that Seether could create, such a beautiful killer song, it takes me away !! thank you, Seether
I just wanted to say how much I loved you guys in Sacramento this weekend and being able to see you all twice. I'll being seeing you all on the livestream in November for sure.
The thing with seether is they always nail it and capture everything spot on wether it be instrument wise or vocals always so perfect cudnt ask for more
I listen to reggae music a lot and divert to other genre now and then, it makes me happy to see a band like seether sticking to there roots and not following the dumb trend the music industry has become just to sell more and make more money...hat off and god bless you all
One of the few bands I still listen to from my high school days.
💯
Same
Me too except I'd have to say grade school days :P I was in grade 7 when they dropped their first album lol
I still listen to all of them.

You said it. Loud!!
They deserve more popularity ❤️
Agree
I like that they have their little pocket. They were huge in early-mid 2000's when Remedy blew.
Of Course!
