Panna Cotta

- My vanilla bean panna cotta is a creamy and classic Italian dessert. Incredibly easy to make, it looks impressive and tastes delicious when topped with a flavorful berry sauce.
RECIPE: preppykitchen.com/panna-cotta/
The roasted strawberry topping is essentially a delicious jam that’s made in the oven. Roasting intensifies the strawberry flavor and creates a decadent syrup that is bursting with flavor.

I love how happy John is. He has such a sunny disposition.
I’ve just started to watch him and I appreciate how joyous he is, even when he spills something it’s really nice.
He sounds like he wants to kill himself, wtf are you talking about.
It makes me feel happy too. Such a sunny personality

Made my first panna cotta today and it turned out more than amazing! Your instructions are always so easy to follow, thank you once again, John!
One of my most favourite desserts - Thank you, John, you have put a smile on my face after a thoroughly miserable day. ❤️
'It's like pouring wine - how much is too much? 😬' LOOL yeees John. 😂
I swear John has the best recipes and the best personality
No he doesn’t! His palmier recipe is horrible
When John says, “Let’s get started,” I always get a huge smile on my face, every time.
I just need to let you know how much I ADORE you. You’re my baking Virgo soul mate! Being a perfectionist & staying clean at all times are ESSENTIAL in my kitchen too ❤️❤️
This is a magic recipe. No half and half needed. Pannacotta's came out just fantastic and perfectly wobbly. Thank you John❤
This is absolutely adorable! Thank you so much! I’ve been wanting to learn how to prepare panna cotta 🍓
I skimmed off the bubbles after pouring them into my ramekins and of course I did a taste test. Incredible yet simple. I’m a plain gal so I’m skipping the strawberries but I was tempted to drink it hot! Thank you so much, I’m excited to try them fully set tomorrow. I also appreciated the tip on rehydrating the gelatin by sprinkling it on the surface of the water.
I love number of your recepies. They are simple and achievable. Thanks for making it a joyous experience. Love your work 👍
Whenever the notification of preppy kitchen's new video pops in my screen, I have to leave everything I'm doing to see it!!!! Your recipes haven't failed me, not even once 😋🥰✨🥮🍥🍨🍪🍯

Made it, loved it! First time making panna cotta , first time roasting strawberries. Very nice instruction, thank you Preppy Kitchen!
when I am having a bad day I watch your videos for instant wholesome feel-good vibes. also the cakes.
I tried roasting strawberries and used it as a topping for cheesecake. It tasted really good! I think I'm gonna do this often..
I would love to see you make Black & White/Half Moon cookies! Not the wonky ones you get at the grocery store, but those great bakery ones with the lemony cookie, fudgey chocolate frosting and sickeningly sweet vanilla frosting...
So good - it was perfect taste, perfect consistency! Thank you!
Thanks for the recipe. Was planning to make this and finally I tried this today. Instead of roasting, I stewed the strawberries, because it was frozen. Didn't taste mine yet, as it's setting in the fridge. Hope it'll be good as yours 😍.
I tasted it last night, couldn't wait any longer and it was delicious👍😋
I've been using quarantine to up my baking repertoire, and I think I've come across my next Everest. This looks easy, but oh so amazing!

If I had a kitchen like yours it would be a dream come true just like it is.
Panna cotta is one of those recipes with a fancy name and can look super impressive (when you pour into fancy glasses) that are actually quite simple and easy to make! Love your recipe! 😊
In Italy we have many recipes, many specialties, with elegant names and that on the table make a nice presence !
By the way “Panna Cotta” is not a random name, a fancy name, but translated literally means…. Cooked Cream (panna = cream, cotta = cooked). Ciao from Italy ! :)
PS: It must be said that the names of Italian specialties, of the Italian cuisine, have their own meaning and are not fancy names.
Panna Cotta is one of my favorite, I can't wait to try this one.
I love your recipes!
I made this for pals and we enjoyed it the beautiful Glasgow sun accompanied with a lemon shortbread crumb for added texture and taste. It was delicious.
I particularly appreciated that he provided metric measurements. I usually don't use American recipes because I can't follow their old fashioned Imperial measurements, but this was great because he referenced both.
The Panna Cotta is the message, obviously.
I was about to comment this.
i am the big dumb can you please tell me why it is the message and sorry for walking into your conversation
cola cakes it’s a movie reference.
@@GhostSickness thank you
Woah Woah who told you that you can use that word in here?

Love your reciepes!! Try making your own vaniilla!!! It's so good and sooo easy!
Thank you for always having the best recipes, every recipe I've tried by you has come out perfectly!
Would it be possible to make this two tone? As in do all the same steps but add some strawberry purre into half the pana cotta to have a white layer topped with a pinkish red layer? Or would the extra liquid prevent it from firming up?
This looks so beautiful and delicious 😍 .. I love your videos👍🏽
Yummy! That looks so delicious and easy to make with your video!✨ thanks for sharing
One of my favourite dessert😍. Thank you
Absolutely Delicious 🤤🤤🤤 thank you so much for the recipe 🥰🥰

I added earl grey to my panna cotta and I topped it off with a blueberry pecan compote, turned out heavenly!
Never had panna cotta before but I want to now. Just a few days ago I saw someone on Chopped make a lemon Posset. After looking that up I'm going to make that as well. Roasted strawberries? Who knew? That looks so delicious John. I love the look of the seeds too John. I only use my vanilla bean paste when I make a custard. Like you I never leave any of those seeds behind. I grab my little rubber spatula and scrape till all of them are out, lol. Thanks for the recipe and for teaching me something new (roasted strawberries)... 😋
Marvelous recipe!! ❤ Just made some per the recipe. Delicious.
