What I find funny is you don’t start with the most important thing, games! Games come last in an Xbox fans arguments, isn’t that interesting?
Funny we know the games coming to Xbox, AAA games and otherwise. What does Sony have to bring to the table,huh? Gaas games that look like ass games? Xbox has stood for innovation in gaming. Remember what consoles were like before xbox? No online multiplayer. No cross platform. No multiplatform games, each platform as it's own walled garden. Xbox pioneered all of these while Sony and Nintendo had to be dragged along kicking and screaming.
Innovation in gaming. The console is built like a last gen console with more teraflops. The proof is look at the controllers. They added one share button. Games running better on PS5 is proof. The duelsence is clearly next gen over the share button on Xbox 2 gen old controllers. Playstation VR 2. Playstation pushing for better audio. Maybe you mean because Xbox trying to put games on every device. Xbox wasn't doing to good. Now you have to hope xbox main focus on pc doesn't leave the console behind

For me, I prefere the Xbox ecosystem... I play mostly on PC and my kids on the series S and we have gamepass ultimate so lot of games to play.
This is it for me, the gamepass especially for my kids

I'm just curious about what Sony is offering at the moment? Where are the games at? What's going on with PS Plus and why aren't they trying to compete with Gamepass's dayndate model? What are they really trying to offer to get me into their ecosystem, outside of Spiderman for the rest of the year?

Sony do not want to improve ps+ because their first party game cost way too much to bring benefice with a subscription service... Just because Microsoft puts their games day one in gamepass doesn't technically make it better there's the issue of quality games for example you can play god of war, Spiderman miles, ghost of tsushima,returnal, horizon forbidden West plus more in psplus the quality of game's are just better on PlayStation. Redfall was day one and it was a pile of shite
But guess what? Xbox controllers have better grip, better feel, and are just good. Quick match makes them load into matches faster. graphics in a game don't matter to a gamer they don't need the top quality all they need is mediocre graphics to show that they can actually play the game without having to have the best graphics

I have all 3 and Xbox comes on top i tried ti give Playstation a chance I mean I have a PS1, and used to have a PS3 and PS4 but never got into it
I use both.
Xbox for me beats PS in terms of cloud, game pass and fast download.
But with PS the great exclusives, user interface, and the whole package is high end.
I can agree with exclusives but the Xbox UI is really scalable and customizable. I don't think PS wins there
The only thing I care about is my time and money. Therefore, Virtualization (better than PC BC/FC support), XPA (PC GamePass, Win.SteamDeck, ROG Ally, gaming desktop/laptop) and QuickResume.
TMNT, Streets of Rage4, MonsterHunter, Persona, The Messenger, etc, etc, etc from PSStore just don't make sense.
People can't admit that someone could make a better console then what playstation has. Brand recognition is pretty much all that playstation has going for it. Last generation Sony had AAA bangers but it couldn't sustain them because of high cost. Now they're chasing after Games As A Service just to recoup their loses. They're all over the place while Xbox has a clear roadmap that is much more easily followed. I honestly could care less about household names and brand recognition when it comes to what I personally can get for the amount I put in. Game Pass is simply a better service that pays for itself. I don't need to defend Xboxs value when it's doing a good enough job defending itself.

I feel like Sony give you a very linear experiemce they play to the same type of game. Try and be more premium which is there thing..but i dont see them as that cus im on a high end pc.

It's not about which console is better. If we are talking about hardware, both are equal. If we are talking about services in ecosystems, that's diffrent story. IMHO Xbox offers better value for money ( ---> Game Pass, Play Anywhere, Cloud etc.). Probably, PlayStation has better UI, but who plays UI? :)
Xbox X is better for old school games and shooter games. This is due to Game pass and better FPS. Also, it uses less electricity. Thus, helping your electric bill.

The XBOX is useless for a PC Gamer. I got both, PS5 and Series X, but i mostly played with the PS5 because the XBOX has the advantage that most Games on there are also on the PC. If you dont own a PC, sure the XBOX can be great, but if you own a PC, buy a PS5.

For most games it don't matter BUT flight Simulator shows how the Cloud can in fact work for certain games and that game wouldn't look nearly as beautiful as it does on XSX without the cloud support streaming a significant amount of the beauty to it.

As a playstation fan. Gamepass haa been out since 2017. Which offered the same games that xbox fans don't buy. So those games were known for not being that good hear say. I personally don't have a problem buying the games i want. I didn't want to be locked to a subscription that i might not use. Playstation i feel is better. Because of the games. I love the duelsence. When used i definitely prefer that controller. Starfield would have be best on playstation. Sorry Todd Howard for losing. Over half your fans. The scary part is xbox may destroy those studios they bought. Like the studios they already owned. I believe the difference is they didn't start at the bottom and worked their way up. They just bought which is a different kind of pride of having if that makes any kind of since if you understand that.
