- In this video I give a review on my 2018 Honda Pioneer 500 and show the accessories and modifications I have made to it.
NOTE: In this video I said the winch fit the Honda Pioneer 500 as if it was made for it. I forgot I did buy the winch mounting bracket for the Pioneer 500 to install this winch.

Think outside the box! I love that!
I'm an outside the box kinda person. LOL🤠
Functionality over aesthetics, I like it!
That what I do. LOL
Wow thanks too your video I got some great ideas for my p500..God bless..
Thank You for dropping in and commenting Mr. Mike.
Good Stuff !
Thanks for taking the time to make the video 👍

Good advice on tire size, coming fron experience.
Thank You!
Just got a 2017 500 I love it
Great Bikes.
Enjoyed the video of your rigged out Pioneer 500. I haven’t made the transition from four wheeler to side by side yet. I think the small size of the 500 would be more useful than the larger ones.
The only reason I made the transition when I did was because of work. We could not ride 4wheelers.
good video(you look like tim on moonshiner show)
Never been told that before. LOL
Can you do a video of the rubber on the p500 doors? Looks like ya put some rubber seal on sides & bottom of doors. Bet this works well to keep out mud & cold air. Thanks for the help.
That is rubber seal I had left over from replacing the seals on my RV side out. And it does help keep the cold out. I'll keep that in mind for future videos. Thank you much for commenting!
Looks like good engineering to me. All custom work too. Tend toward such myself. Hope to gain the Pioneer 500 if I ever make the move to side by side. Was forced to by a 2004 Honda Rancher 350 4X4 yesterday. Tried to tell my uncle his asking price was way low but he couldn't be reasoned with. Figured I couldn't let just anybody steal from my uncle so I pulled the trigger on it. Will write it off as a second birthday gift to myself. The Rancher will handle heavier work than my old fourtrax 300 2x4 so will use it for working and keep the fourtrax 300 for sprinting around. Fourtrax is a good bit more nimble. Will be building cabs for both. Very important for these old bones. Got a better design notion than used on last cab. Anyway, fun to outfit equipment. Makes for bigger pleasure when putting it to test.
Yes, I had a 2005 Yamaha Big Bear and sometimes I wish I would have kept it also.

Thank you too
I watch your video and have a question for yah,can I use styrofoam in the place of your house shingle to stop the dust from coming in from the rear of my p500 or will it melt??
Hello Mr. Mike, it should work just find. I don't believe it will touch anything that gets that hot.
Is the battery strong enough for that big a winch? Have you tried it out yet
I've use it few times with no issues.
30 min I grabbed snacks
👍
@@papawsplace enjoyed your video .. wife an i can't decide on the 700 or 520
@@peeinginthewind You will be happy with either one but if you both ride together a lot the 700 is more roomy. Wife liked my 700 better. lol
@@peeinginthewind I settled on the 520, I don't like the 3 speed automatic in the 700.
yea only 3 speed trans. i think will leave a lot of power on the table so to speak. @@silverback802
14" tires and rims liter than 12s"
Not sure if that's a question or a statement. LOL Either way the bigger the tires the more it kills the power and fuel mileage.
What is that parked in the background, beside the building …. looks like it might be some kind of off-road camper
1962 Avion Camper. I have a video. ua-cam.com/video/qRKWtXdxhCM/v-deo.html
Is that Mr. Hannie from green acres
Think that was a long-lost Uncle. LOL
I think the 500 has a better power to weight ratio than the 700.
I like the 700 I had but for hunting i like the 500. I can get into tighter places.
