Hey, Dominik, great video as always. I have a question about handstand training...I am a tall guy (196cm) and i find kicking-up to handstand and against the wall movements really intimidating. Is it possible to learn to handstand by starting from the pike position and then slowly progressing using pressing strength rather then balancing from the kick-ups? Everywhere i read, people say that for "press to handstand" movement you already need to have a solid handstand hold. But i would like to learn it the other way around... What are your thoughts on this?
