    If we think we have a tight pelvic floor, should we do the stretched for a while before start kegels etc? Great vids, seems a lot of urologists overlook the pelvic floor & put it all down to prostate issues

      Great question. Yes, I would start with pelvic floor stretches first for hte first week and then progress into adding kegel exercises. I'd do a few sets of kegels in the morning and then pelvic floor stretching in the evening to balance everything out.       @@user-zd1lv4jy9uthat’s okay. Pick yourself back up and keep trying. I’ve struggled with this myself. I had to delete Instagram for a little while as well. Like you said, it’s every where. It got to the stage for me where it became such a big part of my life, I decided it wasn’t healthy for me and I was tired of watching it. It took a long time before I was able to fully quit.

      You're welcome. Yes, this is true for some men. Over doing the kegels can lead to a tight and tense pelvic floor. I try to balance my kegels out with a pelvic floor stretch each night.

    I don't believe that simply contracting and releasing the penis (or massaging it) does any good by itself. Exercises designed for the pelvic floor, such as the last one you showed, as well as those targeting the glutes and thighs (like squats, planks, etc.), really benefit the penis. Moreover, there are numerous other poses that enhance blood flow to the pelvic, gluteal, or thigh areas, all of which are beneficial for the penis.

      I hear what you're saying but the goal with a quick meditation is to calm your mind so that you're not focused on financial stress, personal stress, work stress. It clears your mind and gives you the opportunity to be present and in the moment. I also understand that everyone is different but don't knock it until you try it. It's worked for me.
