Quick Elegant Meals

Stay tuned for english peas because I am convinced I will never like them.
1 pack pancetta
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp AP flour
3 cloves garlic crushed
1.5 c chicken broth (I use a lighter or low sodium broth here)
1 can butter beans
4-5 cups fresh spinach
fresh pepper
big splash of cream at the end
