The Edamame Salad you NEED

- I couldn’t get the idea of edamame with pickled onions out of my head. Its a winner.
Dressing:
1/4 c sunflower seed butter
1 tbsp sriracha
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 cup olive oil
Big pinch of salt

Definitely want to. Looks like a perfect summer dish. ❤❤❤ I think I'll try to pick up the missing ingredients tonight at trader Joe's (on our way out the door now!) Any other suggestions for the crunchy ingredient? I'm not sure how to toast quinoa. @brookedarwin
@@peregrinearcit’s actually so easy! After you boil it, you just spread it out on a sheet pan with some olive oil and bake at 350F for about 20 minutes stirring occasionally. It’ll get nice and crunchy. But you could also use wonton strips, crunchy noodles or toast some panko bread crumbs!

It was really tasty! :-) Do you regularly keep toasted quinoa, pickled red onions and other items in your pantry and do you diy them? A video on your pantry/diy staples might be really neat to see. 😂 I don’t buy a lot of target clothing but I bought the jumpsuit in BOTH colors and I’ve seen it on other people too😆 it’s so good.
