Hello! I’m a 58 year old grandma that will also finally have the dollhouse of my dreams! I’m actually planning it out, and after I draw my design I’ll start building.
I always wanted one, as well as a selection of various other toys as a child, so now I’m finally able to have them.
I started making miniatures too!

@@barbaraness4507 Hi Barbara, I'm 52, all three of us have that in common. The best place to find these houses dirt cheap in good condition, is in Fleamarkets. I have one expensive one and the rest range from $25.00 to $30.00. Elephant's Trunk in Connecticut is the best place.

I have one expensive one but the rest of my house collection ranges from $25 to $30.00 dollars from bought at fleamarkets.There is one particular fleamarket called "Elephant's Trunk" in Connecticut. Great Finds.

We sell all of our kits, this house is custom, one of a kind, and for sale, for in store pick up or you can order a kit that is similar in style.
A beautiful house. I can't help but feel that it should have more items on the walls, i.e. paintings, bric-a-brac, etc.
Always room to add in so much more!! We have a lot of houses on display and somethings a few are lacking on the extras!!! You are right!
@@earthandtreeminiatures4590 That is very true. I'm putting together a house to sell and it's almost done. I'm facing the dilemma of how much to put in to give it charm and warmth without going overboard. I would love the future owner to feel they can add to it to make it more personal to them.

Been dreaming of doing this since I can remember, started only recently, haha I am 46 now.
I am 45 and I have five dollhouses! It is not too late to start!!!
I am 50and i just finished building a dollhouse. I have a woodworking shop. I call it a southern farmhouse. I even made the furniture for it. It's not as fancy as the one in the video but I am proud of it because I did all of the designing myself
