I have been crying to this song since Freddie died. I was an American in London while Freddie slowing passed away. He was hounded by the British press. Camera's following him in and out of doctors offices, he was so weak and frail. So sad. When I saw Annie Lennox and David perform it at Freddies tribute, I lost it. I was never a Foo Fighters guy, so I didn't know that Taylor was a vocalist as well. He's wearing an ABBA t-shirt, So cool.

My 8 and 10 year old girls were going to see them live for the first time, later this year. They are both devistated, as am I. I saw them live a few years back and it was amazing. So sad.......

Foo fighters had so much fun on stage because of the Dave/Taylor bond. The rock world lost an eminence talent and it really sucks!! Hopefully the Foos find a way to heal and keep going, but they’ll never be the same without Taylor!
Taylor Hawkins absolutely unbelievable musician and human. If the Foo's do continue I can't help but think that Rufus may be a drummer that would capture the essence and spirit of Taylor and who is a guy that was clearly respected by the band and who grew up knowing them. Taylor can never be replaced but seeing the band with Rufus on drums in this video just feels like it would honour the memory of Taylor and continue to spread his music and memory.

In the early Foo days, I wasn't a fan. Idk y, probably I was young. My mom loved them and kept wanting to go to shows. I went with her a few times. Something clicked, and I became a big Fan! Seen them probably 6 or 7 times! Broken leg tour was EPIC! Gone too soon! Thanks Taylor for your time with us!!!

Having met and talked with Taylor is very special to me. Over an hour we spent just talking about life/nothing/life. I never asked him about what his life is like. Nothing regarding him. Why? He knows, and I had a pretty good Idea. A QUALITY person. I learned in college, that when you you talk with someone, you keep it short communicating with people! Friends and ALL! You do not waste time. (For both concerned.) GREG
I'll never forget going to see the Foo's live for the first time, and they invited Roger Taylor and Brian May on stage to play a Queen song - and I [naively] thought to myself: But if Roger is on drums... what is Taylor gonna do? Then absolutely nailed Tie your Mother down on vocals. Cracking pipes, cracking musician and will be dearly missed. Hope he's jamming out hard where-ever he is.
Can't stop watching this over and over. Taylor was just so infectious with his happy full of energy personality and smile. His son just a spitting image and a hell of a drummer like his Dad and my hearts breaking now. Just love Dave and my heart hurts for his loss and Taylor's family friends banmates just everyone! I saw them live once it was incredible and my daughter who passed away listened to them non stop and made me a huge fan! Just a sad horrible tragedy. Just so many tears for everyone. That was touching in so many ways. I still miss Freddie's vocals and piano. I was about 11 when I got my first Queen album. Just being released, we were excited and it was Queen: A Night At The Opera. Look up the release date that album came out and you'll know how long I've been a Queen fan. Peace and love.

My 8 and 10 year old girls were going to see them live for the first time, later this year. They are both devistated, as am I. I saw them live a few years back and it was amazing. So sad.......

Foo fighters had so much fun on stage because of the Dave/Taylor bond. The rock world lost an eminence talent and it really sucks!! Hopefully the Foos find a way to heal and keep going, but they’ll never be the same without Taylor!

Taylor Hawkins absolutely unbelievable musician and human. If the Foo's do continue I can't help but think that Rufus may be a drummer that would capture the essence and spirit of Taylor and who is a guy that was clearly respected by the band and who grew up knowing them. Taylor can never be replaced but seeing the band with Rufus on drums in this video just feels like it would honour the memory of Taylor and continue to spread his music and memory.

In the early Foo days, I wasn't a fan. Idk y, probably I was young. My mom loved them and kept wanting to go to shows. I went with her a few times. Something clicked, and I became a big Fan! Seen them probably 6 or 7 times! Broken leg tour was EPIC! Gone too soon! Thanks Taylor for your time with us!!!

Having met and talked with Taylor is very special to me. Over an hour we spent just talking about life/nothing/life. I never asked him about what his life is like. Nothing regarding him. Why? He knows, and I had a pretty good Idea. A QUALITY person.

I'll never forget going to see the Foo's live for the first time, and they invited Roger Taylor and Brian May on stage to play a Queen song - and I [naively] thought to myself: But if Roger is on drums... what is Taylor gonna do? Then absolutely nailed Tie your Mother down on vocals. Cracking pipes, cracking musician and will be dearly missed. Hope he's jamming out hard where-ever he is.
I had this concert on DVD. Foo Fighters at Hyde Park, 2006. Absolutely amazing. You're super lucky to have gone.

Can't stop watching this over and over. Taylor was just so infectious with his happy full of energy personality and smile. His son just a spitting image and a hell of a drummer like his Dad and my hearts breaking now. Just love Dave and my heart hurts for his loss and Taylor's family friends banmates just everyone! I saw them live once it was incredible and my daughter who passed away listened to them non stop and made me a huge fan! Just a sad horrible tragedy. Just so many tears for everyone. Rest easy Taylor! 💔
