    So glad I found an updated seated workout from you guys, I usually use ones Coach did between 10, 9 and 7 years ago. Using HASfit over the last 7 years has helped me lose around 80lb so far

    I have been doing the 15 minute Senior Workouts for a long time, and I decided to move up to this 20 minute workout. I definitely felt the difference.

    I have been doing your exercises 10 weeks now down 1 pant size and 7 lbs thank you guys I love thses video s I'm 63yrs older goal is 145 lbs I have 9 more lbs to go

    How about an over 50, which is more challenging, but geared toward athletic "young" seniors in their 50s or 60s? Thank you for your great work!

    Just starting with you. Hope to do 3 times a week minimum. I walk 2 x a day, 10,000 steps usually. I'm over 67 yrs old.
