Just wanted to let you guys know that your senior workouts helped a 35 year old with a broken pelvis after a car accident get walking again without physical therapy! You guys are the best!
That is great, and a testimony to your own commitment to what I know is a painful recovery process! I think younger people dismiss senior workouts because they don’t want to be seen as “senior” (who does? Lol) and people don’t like to categorize themselves as beginners because of…ego? I really love these workouts which I think generally result in less chance for injury because of the modifications and reminders re: form, and they truly are an on ramp for those who have not been exercising at all. If the workout is so aggressive that you give up, where are you then? Anyway, glad you are doing well.
At age 73, I once in a while feel low energy and substitute a senior exercise for one on my regular program. I did this one today and loved it. Mostly used my 8lb weights but went down for some of the shoulder exercises. Thanks for all you do!
Back to watching you both again as fall and winter coming and I'll be exercising more inside 😅. I'm 74 and like the senior exercises but need something to give me more cardio.
I just started to do your 30 minutes senior citizen exercises and I love it and I also love your exercises for sciatica since I have lower back problems and legs it really helps me a lot .God bless you too and your children and have the best year.
Do NOT underestimate the efficacy of these "Senior" workouts! This is probably the lighter of the 3 that I've done, but I have to say, my shoulder weakness was gone after just one of these 30-minute sessions! These routines either target the shoulders or the shoulders are an adjunct to the routine. In any case, good upper back, neck and shoulder strengthening all around. Highly recommended!
I soooo appreciate the preview of the workout as someone with parents in their 70s who want me to find them workouts to do. This definitely helps narrow it down my mom has osteoporosis, and recently had spinal stenosis surgery and my dad has high BP and vertigo, they’re looking for 30 days of at home workouts for elderly so I’ll check out the rest of your videos thanks again
Their videos for seniors are great! I usually cycle through them one at a time, for each workout, changing to a new one every time. I think there are close to 30. Good luck!

Absolutely love this workout!!! I am a 62-year-old woman and I love the fact you can adjust these workouts depending on the amount of weight you choose to use. Also the speed to which you do the exercises is perfect for someone who can't move as quickly as they use to. Thanks for all your hard work in preparing these workouts for us.

Thank you! I'm almost 72, and I've always been very active. Just over two years ago I fractured my tibia, and I've improved a lot, but it still bothers me some. Then there's the arthritis I never had before!!! I've found a lot of exercises are hard on my hands and wrists, especially those popular resistance bands. This is perfect. I'll add in another 20-30 minutes on my treadmill, and plan on doing this 3 times a week.
Nice workout. I was doing a lot of these seated routines when I had a knee injury and couldn't put my weight on it for long. Great to see a mix for all skill levels

I am soooo glad ya'll are back releasing videos on a regular basis! and I love love LOVE the variety. I especially like the full body workouts cuz there aren't that many around that don't try to do things in a hurry, or work in other things.

Had hernia surgery and was very active before! I am 3 weeks out and I love how I can do these while I recover and get some strength back. Thank you!!
