I looked it up for my 87 year old parents, but I have some limitations now that I had double knee replacement and I’m thinking it would be great for those difficult to move days, thank you Coach Kossack and Beautiful Claudia, what a wonderful platform to help other, I am a former fitness instructor💪🏻 and is nice everything is coming back slowly🎉

Excellent. The exercises seem simple and easy to do but actually they are well planned, more complex than they look, each activating a good number of muscles. The session leaves you well stretched and energetic. We are a couple in our very early 70’s, quite mobile but recent Covid disease, even short and light, left us weak . We are now back to Hasfit and hope to improve our stamina. Thank you coach Kosack and Claudia.

Thank you for this session for seniors. Apparently, I now belong to this group and I have something called Pulmonary Fibrosis. These exercises are very similar to those we did in the Pulmonary Rehab class. Thanks again.

Perfect! Finally I have found the perfect workouts for me. So many other exercise programs count reps then rest and do again which I don’t like. Thank you very much !😊
Love the downward dog variation as I read somewhere the Downward dog and some other yoga poses with head below the waist are not good for those with high blood pressure or eye problems. I don't know if that is true , just what I read.
How did you know that I need to learn a few more interesting moves for the memoty care people I do activities with? I'm a senior myself so I'm sure this will be great for me too!
Thanks for putting the timing stripe at the top. Using the mouse at the bottom hides some of the action and for me tends to have to be reset as progress bar is lost.
I didn't listen. I used light weights during the first 3 days and had to take a few days off. Lesson learned. I'm an active 67 but as much as I do, I wasn't as prepared as I thought.

I have been following the 20and 30 minute programmes for the elderly. Could you recommend a progression route.
