Thank you so much!! That feels good! I have a frozen shoulder and all your videos had helped me to recover more movement little by little. THANK YOU AGAIN ❤❤
Thank you Doc - I am struggling with my recovery but your vids are just what the doctor ordered And please don’t take offence but good luck with the little one 😊
@@PostStrokeOrg yes I have. I have very little movement can lift them only a little. But my bigger toe is like normal how is that possible when the others are super tight ?
Thank you so very much for your videos. You are my guide and coach for my stroke recovery. I am 72 years old and my June 6th stroke was a total shock, as I have always taken my health for granted. When I was discharged from the hospital, there was no physio planned (until recently.) Your videos really make a difference for me and so many others. Thankyou😊
@@PostStrokeOrg Hi there, My recovery is going well thus far. I am determined to continue on my recovery journey. I recently joined a Planet Fitness gym and have met with a personal trainer to guide me and show me the right exercise to help me. I still have numbness on my right side, particularly with my calf, but I won’t let that stop me from pushing myself. Your videos are an amazing help as well. Thanks so much. Dwight Byrd from Ontario Canada.
