Kyle Styer GREAT question!!! It comes out WAY more moist! My 8-year-old son is SUPER picky and loves this version more than the oven! You can also cook it uncovered in the Crock for 30 and then cover with foil for another 30. I tested this SO many times!!! They all turn out great. You can’t go wrong! It’s truly the best recipe. This is just what works for our fam’s taste! 💖
