Girl, it is amazing and I hope you’ve enjoyed using it!!! I have the small crockpot express if I want to make a smaller amount of your recipes can they be just cut in half or would they need extra adjusting?

I can't find those meat choppers in stores anymore. 😪
Also my machine is a touchy machine that likes to bitch about the burn. So I personally would do meat, pasta, water and sauce ontop with no mixing before pressure cooking.

When cleaning the crockpot express can you clean the lid with soap and water ? Or is the lid not supposed to be submerged?
OutlawMustard22 Another great question! It is completely fine and recommended to wash the lid and sealing gasket (silicone ring) with warm soapy water after every use. Remove the ring and wash it, otherwise it will begin to smell. I have run them both through the dishwasher because I’m wild like that and it’s still totally fine! I wouldn’t do the lid unless absolutely necessary, but I use it so much that it started to smell and even a soak in vinegar and lemon juice wasn’t working. The silicone ring is where all the odors hide and usually a run through the dishwasher does the trick! Also, the Cooking Pot is dishwasher safe, but the brand recommends hand-washing to preserve the non-stick coating. 🤗
