    Surface drives can go wherever there’s mud and a little moisture on the surface, so they can go where a kayak cannot go!

    You’re an amazing fisherman!
    I’ve always recommended to other anglers pierce the brain to preserve the meat. Reduces stress and it makes a difference but it is also more humane instead of letting the fish suffocate.

    With changing the soft plastics youve thrown over the years it goes to prove the point, dont over complicate lure selection. A DSL, Hoagie, Bass Assassin, mirrolure, zman...whatever you have confidence in can work...except those prerigged fish imitations. They suck...

  • @localfishinghole
    @localfishinghole Рік тому

    What cooler are you using? That is a good size. Does it hold up well to fish fins?

    • @MDLRFishing
      @MDLRFishing  Рік тому

      It’s an EGO soft side. It’s durable enough for the fins but the glue on the lid has come apart after two to three years.

    • @MDLRFishing

      I prefer the Autopilot 120, it’s the one I’m using in this video. My only complaint is that it’s very slow compared to other trolling motor kayaks.

      yes obviously but you must understand, if I may lend help and understanding, as to why Texans say things are a Texas thing, usually because it is a thing, or a product, or a business that originated out of Texas or was invented in Texas, thus allowing us Texans an extra source of pride in our state and people. lol obviously he knows Dr. Pepper is a nationwide sold beverage. He’s been all over the nation and world serving as a US Marine, previously in his first career. Yes and Dr. Pepper was invented in Texas, Waco the city if memory serves. And for many years the corporation was based out of Dallas.
