    Welcome to the exciting world of God of War Ragnarok! In this Let's Play video, you'll get a chance to experience the game's stunning gameplay and graphics firsthand. Join us as we explore the vast and dangerous world of Norse mythology.
    God of War Ragnarok is a thrilling adventure game that follows the journey of Kratos and his son Atreus as they traverse through the Nine Realms to fulfill a prophecy and prevent Ragnarok, the end of the world. Along the way, they encounter a cast of memorable characters such as Thor, Odin, Freya, and more.
    As Kratos, you'll wield the mighty Leviathan Axe and Blades of Chaos, using a combination of brute strength and tactical skills to take down enemies. With fast-paced combat, puzzles, and a rich story, this game is sure to keep you engaged for hours.
    Developed by Santa Monica Studio and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment, God of War Ragnarok is the latest addition to the popular God of War franchise that has won multiple awards for its gameplay and storytelling.
    Ragnarök is set in the world of Norse mythology but expands upon the previous game's narrative, with an even greater focus on exploration and open-world gameplay. While God of War (2018) allowed the player to access six of the nine realms of Norse mythology, Ragnarök's expanded focus sees the player exploring each of the nine realms, including the new additions of Svartalfheim, the industrial abode of the Dwarves; Vanaheim, the lush home of the Vanir gods; and Asgard, the golden land of the Æsir gods. Midgard, the primary realm of the 2018 installment, is heavily featured but is now a frigid wasteland, dramatically changed by Fimbulwinter, a three-year long winter that began upon the conclusion of the previous game. The Lake of the Nine, previously navigable by means of a boat in the previous game, is now frozen over. Svartalfheim is explorable to the same degree as Midgard was in the previous game. Alfheim, Helheim, and Niflheim all return, with an expanded focus and character exploration.

    The main protagonists are Kratos (played by Christopher Judge) and his teenage son, Atreus (Sunny Suljic). Kratos is the former Greek God of War, while Atreus is half Giant, one-quarter god, and one-quarter mortal and is also referred to by his Giant name, Loki. Other major characters include Mímir (Alastair Duncan), the smartest man alive and the pair's loyal companion, providing knowledge and counsel; Freya (Danielle Bisutti), a Vanir goddess, former Queen of the Valkyries, and Odin's ex-wife, also known as Frigg, who seeks revenge against Kratos and Atreus for the death of her son, Baldur. The game's primary antagonist is the Aesir god Odin (Richard Schiff), the king of Asgard and Allfather of the Nine Realms. An unseen character in the previous game, he is a pathological liar and manipulator obsessed with preventing his death at Ragnarök and will take any means to stop it. His ravens, including Huginn and Muninn, allow him and the Aesir to travel freely to any realm, and they are his watchful eyes over the realms. Thor (Ryan Hurst), the Aesir. He wields the hammer Mjölnir. Another antagonist is the Aesir god Heimdall (Scott Porter), another son of Odin and half-brother to Thor who has a superiority complex and believes himself to be untouchable due to his foresight ability. Known as the "Herald of Ragnarök"
    Overall, God of War Ragnarok is a masterpiece of a game that offers an unforgettable gaming experience. With its engaging story, challenging combat, and beautiful graphics, it's no wonder why it has become such a fan favorite.
    Every Time Mimir said "BROTHER" - God of War Ragnarök
    As for the endgame section, God of War Ragnarok offers a New Game Plus mode that lets you replay the game with all your weapons and abilities intact. The game is expected to have a playtime of around 30-40 hours, depending on how much of the content you want to explore.

    I've played god of war most of my life. Up till now my favorite one is 4. I have not had the chance to play this one yet but I played thru the 4th one 6-7 times. What I'm trying to say is I adored the 4th one. It's thee only game that, to me, stands close to breath of the wild.
    My whole reason for starting this comment is to say that it's nice to see Mimir and kratos' friendship. I can tell jus by these few lines that they have became a helluvalot closer than before. Kratos does not trust. I can tell Mimir's council is dear to kratos. And his response to Mimir is thoughtful and true.. I know I'm over analysing here but, it's wholesome 😅

    Don’t get me wrong I love Kratos’ voice actor, but his voice sounded so forced in this game when it sounded so rich and deep in the “first” one. In this one it sounds very strained like it’s at the very bottom of his register. Is there a reason for this, like did the actor have throat surgery or something? Sick?

      @@RedDestruction540 Jeez, wtf did Atreus do to you? Imagine being THAT pissed off by a sly 14 yr old individual. I mean, it’s kind of reasonable to dislike him for any minor mistakes that he makes or how he doesn’t think things through but that’s no way to fully hate on him entirely for everything that he does everytime sooo, keep crying about It mate.

    • @Jericho_Richards
      @Jericho_Richards Рік тому +3

      Ugh, did you seriously watched the cutscenes randomly or did you not play the game? First off, he didn’t wanted to go along with everything that his son does until Helheim because he couldn’t trust him. Secondly, he RAN away. Not sneaked away, since that Kratos actually thought that he’s really going to Asgard and stay there for eternity. Was it really that hard understand?

    • @RedDestruction540
      @RedDestruction540 Рік тому +1

      @@Jericho_Richards first off he's 17 in this game, get your facts straight. Second off it's bc he's an annoying little shithead, with some backhanded comment he's always gotta say, or even his choices throughout the game. He's constantly going behind Kratos's back, even though begrudgingly Kratos is following him. Even directly talking back and challenging Kratos when he was told to do something. I swear I legit was talking at the screen telling Kratos to beat the actual shit out of boi and knock him down a peg or two. But everything really went to shit for me when he decided to runaway to Asgard. That's the moment he went from boi I can tolerate to the absolute worse character in the game. And this is coming from someone who HAS run away from home before, I understood those feelings perfectly, and why Atreus was 100% in the wrong. He should've told Kratos where he went for 2 days, been open with him instead of holding a promise literal and telling absolutely nobody. I mean, he really thinks Odin is gonna learn about Jotunheim from Kratos somehow??
