it just kinda happens when you stand on a corpse next to something that is going up, in this case you stood on a soldier next to the train elevator that was going up.
Its a weird glitch because if theres a rotary object near a corpse then the corpse glitches and its as if it was rotating but since u touched the corpse it damages you
