Yea, I think the main distinction is between guns that use fallout 4 base animations and custom ones. FO4s weapon animations are... not great and the mod community has long surpassed them
I liked the more janky ones. Reload animations with too much screen shake and reload like some kind of tactical operator are seriously such an annoying trope in gaming.
I love how they mixed it up with real life weapons like the Luger P08, Lewis Gun, Sten MKII, Sterling, and L1A1 SLR. Fun fact Real guns DO exist in the Fallout Universe; in fact, in the first game along with the Mauser C96 and Desert Eagle which are both obtainable in the game the fictional guns are listed with real life manufacturers like the iconic 10mm pistol and SMG both being made by Colt and H&K respectively.

There are a lot of guns that would’ve been cool for them to include. The ones that I wish showed up the most are the Browning Hi-Power (9mm pistol in F:NV and official sidearm of the UK during the Cold War) and the PIAT (there seems to be a significant lack of explosive weapons in the mod).

Personally im not a big fan of nehers animations(If it shifts your whole camera around while reloading it its probably his). Not cause they're that bad, some are pretty decent, but because of how much they move your camera around and the lack of urgency while reloading.

@PlatinumNath Actually, depending on the model and make the musket could be anywhere from .75 to .80 cal (assuming it's based on the Brown Bess). Musket balls tended to be way bigger than .50.

The cavalry musket has a bunch of capacitors on the side and inductors on the end so I assume it’s also like a gauss gun or coil gun
Most of these reloads feel in tune with FO4 and I love/hate that.

Can't even have a proper real life modern pistol in this game without mods that doesn't sound like a toy gun like the deliverer or the 10mm. This game doesn't even have something like a glock, 50. cal pistol, m16 or a normal looking assault rifle that isn't the ak from nuka

mate most of these are real life british guns from either before or around the same time as the m16 if u didnt want to use british guns why did u download the british mod

The one thing I noticed about the service rifle, is that they use the call of duty World War II reloading sound effects, and why put American paint on a British no4/mk4 Enfield

Gotta love those magically automatically retracting pistol bolts and slides. Cause that totally makes any amount of sense. Although that's an issue with the series as a whole, not just this mod.
