Oh Wow, I've definitely had this. One day a couple of years back I was getting out of bed and all of a sudden the whole room was spinning and my eyes couldn't focus. I had no idea what that was so when everything came back in focus I just layed down for a while and felt better. Hasn't happened again since, but I never knew what that was until I watched this video. Thanks guys!

I don’t think bppv or vertigo is a good thing. This is why we actually treat this condition in physical therapy. Also, This is why we took the time to create a self help video to hopefully help someone struggling with it.
We just enjoy helping that’s all. No need to get worked up.
