Wish I saw this 6 years ago when I first started having problems with my ear. Balance, dizzy, fullness in the ear. Been to many ENT'S, no one could help. Been on the internet looking for help on my own. This was very informative & maybe will help a little. Big thanks !!!

Curcumin+black seed oil to just increase the dopamine level so the blood can perfuse than not to infarct.

Great video! Quick note in practice the initial head turn to the left or right depends on which side the othilith is located at presentation.

Had a heavy cold for past week, streaming nose and this morning I blew it and had the most horrendous vertigo sensation. It freaked me out, however good old Dr YT to the rescue! I believe I have a mild case of labyrinthitis, don’t think I have an infection just excessive inflammation. I shall rest and take some natural anti inflammatories and I’m guessing it will pass as Iget better from the cold. Thanks so much for making this highly informative video, much appreciated.

I'm pretty sure that one person who disliked this video had BPPV while watching this video and accidentally hit the dislike instead of the like!
    Another great explanation! cheers DU!

Thank you...this assumes the otolyth is in the posterior canals and doesn't tell us which ear...So I would like to know how to diagnose which canal? What are the signs that determine whether the otolyth is in right or left anterior, posterior or horizontal canal?

What is the purpose of the Otolith stones in the Utricle? What normally keeps them from going into the canals? What causes them to go into the canals? Is there one canal that they are more likely to go into?

would add that labyrinthitis and vestibular neuritis can be differentiated with hearing loss (based on what i've seen on banks)
    vestibular neuritis NO hearing loss
    labyrinthitis has hearing loss
both are post URI, constant vertigo, n/v, tinnitus

Frenzle goggles with video record may assist. Potentially nystagmus is habituated or able to use environment to stabilize gaze. Key note is length of time symptoms persist I feel.

Hey, great video. I have a lowish yield video that I think would be a nice to make. Would make a video on sterilization techniques, infectious precautions, and just random micro stuff like that? I always seem to get at least 1 question on each nbme about this stuff and it's hard to find a good resource on it. Thanks!
