The Breakfast Bowl is crispy potato barrels covered in smoked brisket country gravy, and topped with scrambled eggs and green onions. The gravy can be made ahead 2 to 3 days, or frozen for a quick and easy breakfast! A warm, hearty, stick to your ribs breakfast that's great for Fall!
