Hey there! Thank you SO much, I'm really glad you're enjoying them! 🥰 Hmm, for a cornstarch substitute, my best suggestion would be either tapioca starch or arrowroot. They both thicken really well, but may loosen again over time (especially if reheated). Depending on your dietary preference, you could also use flour whisked in some hot water so it isn't clumpy and that will work well too! Hope that helps! 💕

Oh, I used raw ground chicken for these! Canned chicken might work, but you would probably need to add eggs or something for moisture! Hope you all enjoy them!! ☺️💕
