while calculating the ASC why again we need the load formula however we can simply calculate with the help of small formula of relation between Ag=Ac+Asc.

You designed column as rectangular but dimensions finded in square column (Assumption is wrong)
How did you get 1200kn load??
It is the P vertical load acting on the column (Just assumption)

sir how did you get the 256 mm c/c?
Transverse reinforcement (pitch)
1)16d=16*16=256mm
2)Min lateral dimension of column 400mm
3)300mm
Least value taken out of these values ,that's why he took 256mm

wrong math calculation. A.g. result should be 168216.44
also in is-code 456 clause 39.3, it says that minimum eccentricity should not exceed 0.05D. If you choose D as 400mm, then 0.05D is equal 20.0 but your minimum eccentricity is 20.33 which is greater than 0.05D, so your analysis does not comply with clause 39.3
