Just when I thought that this Monday was very boring, Mike posts a new video 🎆🎊🎉👏👏👏 Where were you when I needed to fix my Dax's exhaust 😂😎❗❓ 😆I fixed it just like that 👍
The exhaust on my CT 70 is fine + I can't weld. I had to give you a click & comment though. So many memories of my trail 70 I'm trying to get up & going again (mice ate some wires & electric is my weakness!) Hahaha! PEACE!!
Thank you! Really appreciate you took the time to comment. The wiring on these bikes is pretty simple, hopefully it won’t give you too much trouble. 👍🏻
Great video Mike... mine is broke in the exact same place. Just curious can you sleeve it on the ID and use the clamp and fiber wrap to secure it? Reason being I don't have access to a welder
@@MiniBikeMike I have a stock 79 harness. I found it in a manual and had it blown up so I can see it. Are all your old videos gone forever? They sure helped me out. Thanks.
This has nothing to do with your video but you seem very knowledgeable. Anyway I have a 1979 ct70 and I pulled the tank out. It has only one spout for a fuel line. But the carb has a two inlets one for main and one for reserve. So I can’t find any info on this. Inside the frame at the bottom there is something that looks kind of like a bowl that would be on a carb and on the top of it is a fuel spout. Is the 1979 different or what. It’s the year they changed the handle bars to the black ones that don’t fold down. Anyway, anyone who could help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
I would think any of the steel centers at a tractor store or Ace Hardware, etc would have it. If not OnlineMetals.com or SpeedyMetals.com should have it.

Hey Mario! Thanks for stopping by to watch. Great minds think alike! 😄
Got one to do as well Mike. Thanks for sharing your tip.
I’ve been cutting some pieces of this tube. I’m going to post a few up for sale soon.
Great video Mike!
I have an old bike frame that I've been harvesting for years, sir, perfect size :)
Awesome Mike, doing the exact same thing tomorrow! Thanks Bud

I’ve not tried that method, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work.
Hello mike, can you please put up your video on hooking up all the wires in headlight bucket. Thanks.
What harness are you using and what model bike do you have?

Sorry, I have never owned a CT70 that was newer than 1978. My collection stops with the fold down bars.
hello Mike im having trouble finding that size pipe could u sell me some or give me a link where i could find some?

...not a welder, but you could at least grind the welds smooth.
Probably could have put more effort into, but with the shields on, you don’t see the welds. Good enough for me. 👍🏻
What’s td actual function is that fiber wrap? Just a spacer for the shield? Great video.
Yeah, I believe it’s just a cushion for the end of the shield, so it doesn’t rattle.
Can i pay you to fix mine like that????
