The State hit the nail on the head when they referenced Hannah's audacity and sense of entitlement whether it was due to race or being young and stupid is irrelevant. For whatever sick reason or flawed thought process, she believed that she had the right to intervene in a matter that didn't effect her, chase, detain/hold hostage another person, and ultimately shoot and kill him without regard for his life for in her own words "hitting her car." There absolutely is a sickness of entitlement in society. People believe they can do anything no matter what because they are entitled to do it even when told by authority to stop. Her comments after shooting him showed an overwhelming sense of entitlement because in her mind her car was more valuable than his life, and it underscores her belief that she had a right to do it. It really is sick. The State didn't invoke race in its presentation. However, the media did. The fact that Hannah dated a couple black men does show that she is open to relationships with black men and possibly may not be racist. However, it doesn't mean that race was not a motivating factor here. We all see color and our perceptions are filtered through that lens both good and bad. It is likely that her ideas and perceptions surrounding his race caused her to act in a different manner in that situation than if he had been white. I find myself asking the question, "If he were white, would it have ended the same way?"
She was 21-years old when she did this. What the heck was on her mind when she chased the guy then killed him?! She was so young, now look… she will be at least in her forties when she is released. Stupid girl! These red necks rarely think before they act. Morris the pity 😢!
Her attorney is the most disrespectful man. Talking while witnesses are speaking from their heart and shaking his head at everything... just to name a few things over the course of this trial. What a jerk.
Her demeanor is striking. That prosecutor did her job at the end!!! Kudos!!! The REAL HANNAH PAYNE is a screaming, cursing, aggressive, lying, murdering monster thug.
Yes! For sure she has to be an angry person to take the law in her own hands when it’s not her family or herself, or anyone that she know, just wow!!! Angry and vindictive!
The fact that she didn’t speak at her own sentencing and offer some sort of apology to the Herring family makes her 43 year sentence even more justified.
never showed an ounce of remorse, knowing the hurt and grief she put on this family. she's incredibly selfish and incredibly callous. its easy to picture her as a racist because she acts like Mr. Harring's existence offended her.
@@ericfitzpatrick5319 We see u got your law degree from the University of Law & Order & passed the Nancy Grace School of Teevee Lawyers Bar examination. Don't worry. 99.5% of the commentors here in Youboob land don't even have those certifications. So congratulations on that.
I don’t care what Hannah did at work…she sh*t that man in cold blooded murder! She just should have minded her business and kept it moving! Under the jail is where she deserves to be. No matter what race the victim was, he did not deserve this.
The nerve of the defense lawyer to say "she HAD to pull her gun to PROTECT herself and it went off. Thank God she wasn't shot by it." Like wtf.....lock his ass up too!! 🤬
I agree to lock his ass up for acting stupid. Not only that, he tried to make the witness look like she was a criminal, lawyers should not be allowed to bully witnesses.
Lock up your emotions. His job, as is part of the justice system, is to give an emphatic and zealous defense of his client. Without that, we would potentially have mob rule trials. She's guilty af, but the justice system still needs to run its course.
So because she dated a black guy that means what? Irregardless of if she is racist or not she murdered another human being and the law says you must pay for that crime point blank period
@@hanifmartin7505I thought Dominican people were black. 🤷♀️ idk. Ppl say Mexicans are white too and I thought they were Hispanics. Not trying to be argumentative it’s just confusing. Only in America. Other countries don’t seem to label.
The defense attorney is so disrespectful. He attacks and blames everyone for his client’s actions. I’m am so glad the brother of the victim called him for trying to paint the victim as a nobody and a drug user when he had no drugs or alcohol in his system. Hannah Payne had no right to box the victim in and try to force him out of his car by gun point like she was law enforcement.
@@jamesreynolds4487 You can defend your client without being an a hole to the witnesses. Actually being rude and unlikable in the courtroom doesn’t go over well with the jury which doesn’t help your client
@@malinoisnation9392lol, she attacked him, cut him off in traffick and brandished her gun, right, before shooting him. He had EVERY right to defend himself.
The prosecution was absolutely phenomenal. They did have a lot to work with considering all of the witnesses, video and audio evidence, but they still did a great job for Mr. Herring and his family.
This could have gone so different if she just apologized for her wrong doing. In my opinion it’s the lack of remorse and inability to see the victim as a victim that led to this sentence. She wanted to blame the victim and that’s unforgivable. Nobody believes that he shot himself.
She covered her shirt before the police got there so we don’t actually know when it was ripped and ripped all her acrylic nails off and put them in her pocket in the interrogation room. I think she watch too much TV & thought it was going to be complicated that they were going to need DNA etc. She never bargained for the video.
I’m glad it didn’t. Just because someone apologies dosent mean anything unless it’s sincere. I’m glad she showed her true colors because she doesn’t deserve anything.
When the lady was talking about her dating black men and other races that annoyed me greatly as that has no bearing on being racist. Good riddance to her and I’m glad that justice was served.
If not for video evidence that was then collaborated by independent eye witnesses, her lies would have prevailed. Thank God for folks who capture videos.
I think they were just commenting on the statements made in her defense. They didn't just pluck the thought out of thin air. 😊 I get it, so often people argue, "So-n-so isn't a racist, they have black friends." It is a pretty lousy argument. I don't think Hannah was racist; I think she was stupidv and entitled.
Why does the black lady in yellow have on a shirt that says “black voters” etc .. I didn’t catch it’s meaning. What if white people wore a shirt that said the opposite would that portray discrimination? I’m so confused on this racism issue. No race should feel more superior than the other. I do believe Hannah was labeled a racist and she didn’t get a fair trial. She didn’t have a chance. She was guilty - not saying she wasn’t but her fate was sealed the moment the trial started. Shady witnesses taking the truth of what happened and putting a spin on it. I was glad to hear about Hannah’s character however she made a terrible decision and caused the death of poor Mr. Herring, may he Rest In Peace. My condolences to his brother and sisters. Their memories of him were touching.
She has to do almost 40 years before she goes before the parole board. She's 25 now, so she'll be more than 60 when she asks for parole. Now that's justice!!
In GA, it is 30 years before seeing that Board, and THEN she has 8, followed by 5. 43 altogether before the possibility of being released. 25+30+8+5=68. She will be older than Mr. Herring. Pretty sad when you think about it all.
@@sus-tw2lsin Georgia, where I served 27 years on a life plus 30 years sentence, the parole board will merge everything into the life sentence, so the consecutive sentences won't matter by the time it gets to the parole board. Since I was convicted the minimum time that must be served on a life sentence has been increased tremendously. The minimum time when I was convicted in 1991 was 7 years (of course no one was ever paroled that soon) now the minimum is 30 years. She will not make her first parole unless she has accomplished exemplary things in prison. So it's my guess that she'll see about 37 years
@@aletheaskinner8888the consecutive sentences will not have to be served. The life sentence is the overriding sentence. You're correct on the 30 years minimum but incorrect about the consecutive sentences. The parole board automatically merges them. Trust me, I'm not proud of it but I was sentenced to life plus 30 years in Georgia, back when the first parole hearing was only 7 years after conviction. But the board didn't seriously consider letting lifers out until we had served 25 years. Now that the minimum is 30 years, I think she'll serve about 35-37 years.
I agree that the defense lawyer showed no respect during the entire trial and his weak, meaningless words to Mr. Herring about “closure” on the death of his brother was trite and heartless. What was amazing was the incredibly graceful response of Mr. herring’s brother of “Thank you.”
The word and even the concept of "closure" is over rated. When a loved one is taken at the hands of another, the grief is different than that of one who died from disease or perhaps an accident. His brother showed character in his response to her attorney. He is a Southern gentleman in his manner.
She didn't shed any tears until she was found guilty. It's a tragic loss for two families due to her vigilante justice. To add injury, the nerve to say she dated a "black man" and to bring up prayer and use a black character witness is disturbing. Really? She made her choices, she has to face the consequences. May God have mercy on her. Her choices have devastated two families & others. Such a tragic situation. Her defense made this about race, not the prosecution. Mr. Herring's family will never get to see him alive again. 😢 And she never once apologized or accepted responsibility for her actions!
Right. We already knew she carried racial hatred, but they had enough to nail her without using racism or hate crime charges. Her lawyer was also trash. Glad she was found guilty on all charges- the jury did a great job, the prosecutors and the judge. 👏🏻
Anytime a white person does something to a person of color, they try to interject race, so understand trying to show she isn't racist. Never works that way in reverse.
@@Woodman-Spare-that-tree Yea, she so nice that she chased a man down not knowing if he was having a medical emergency or not because in her mind he was drunk and ran from the scene of an accident so she so high and mighty that she jumped on her high horse and chased after a man then pulled a gun on him and shot him DEAD!!! Then LIED and said he shot himself!! SHE IS A MURDERER & A LIAR!! She is not NICE!
The defense attorney stated the witnesses were disrespectful. I’d like him to watch a video of himself during this trial. He was one of the most disrespectful attorneys I have ever seen.
He didnt put any effort in this case because he knew it wasnt much to fight for. He was defeated already. He knew the prosecution was going to eat him alive.
When I hear WP say... I'm not racist, I have black friends"... I just SMH at their lack of awareness with that statement. Oh gee' thanks for being our "Friends", we don't know where we would be without your friendship. 😮
And the fact that the prosecution never mentioned race during the trial. Why would Hannah's character witness get on the stand and say that ignorant stuff. 😮
I get it and need these kind of reminders about how racist a statement like that really is even though I am a privileged white woman in Canada. We do the same sort of thing with our bias against First Nations people here in Canada. I cannot deny that it continues to happen but I do not want to continue to be one of them. I need this kind of education to see the stereotyping. 😊I am biased due to my continuous exposure from my parents and all those around me that perpetuate the stereotyping. I need to hear from people like you to help me change that Continuous bombardment of derogatory statements and to understand that such statements are NOT harmless.
They had a lot to say to the press when she was initially bonded out years ago. They said enough, and they're as delusional and unapologetic as she is.
It spoke wonders to me when Hannah's response to what she would do differently consistently has been, " I just won't help people anymore." She never grasped that her originally stopping to be a witness for the original accident was not the problem.
We all get empty chairs at the table as our loved ones leave us but to have a chair made empty because of a stranger’s choice, a stranger that had no business sticking her nose in in the first place Lord Vickie had me bawling ❤RIP Ken Edit: Hannah needs to put on her big girl’s underwear now and stop the crying
She may be a 'jack of all trades' at work but it didn't qualify her to be a law enforcement officer or to take a life. She disobeyed a direct order from somebody in authority. She needs to stop trying to take charge wherever she may be. It pays to be humble and take a backseat at times in my opinion. RIP Kenneth Herring and strength to your family.
The defense attorney was also disrespectful in the whole trial. He never made light of how important this man was of how important his human life was. He rolled his eyes, shook his head when the prosecutor got up there and said that this man should be alive today spending the holidays with his family. I thought that was very disrespectful and the judge should’ve caught that and called him up to the sidebar. instead, this man got to sit there as a lawyer and act so unprofessional shake his head his face when the prosecutor was discussing that this man was a human that he had a life he had a family. He’s been disrespectful throughout the whole trial. He’s been unprofessional to say the least.he made the court wait for 30 minutes today and then he doesn’t even understand the sentence. He needs to have his degree suspended until he gets some continuing education.
Agree. Her attorney continually tried to lead her during his questioning, and the only defense he gave was that she is young, she killed that man but had good intentions and that she is a good person. And when he asked if she would change anything, she said she would never "help" anyone again?? Even with him so obviously trying to lead hereto show a bit of remorse, she just could not do it because she feels she had the right to do what she did. Her lawyer helped seal her fate. She deserves every second of her sentence.
So her friends can say what she did was wrong, but Hannah cannot. She had 4 years to show remorse but no, it’s all about her. State described her perfectly.
The idea that he can call the witnesses “disrespectful” when his client quite literally murdered a man for no reason is almost laughable, except since someone died because of her actions, it’s more asinine.
This is very interesting to watch…Hannah is crying for herself, she feels no remorse for her actions. This entire situation could have been avoided if she had just minded her own business and NOT followed him, let alone pull a gun out on him and threaten him with it. Hopefully she’ll think twice before acting.
My Dad was very fond of telling me to "mind my own business" (which I do). This case demonstrates how a person can ruin their life by not minding their own business. She played a stupid game and won a stupid prize.
By the time she gets paroled, her parents will be gone and her friend's and extended family members will be busy with their families and grandchildren who won't know her from a hole in the wall. She is the one who brought sorrow to her own family members and also grief to Mr Herring's survivors.
Hannah still couldn’t be bothered to express any remorse or contrition. She could have still maintained her innocence but said that she’s sorry Mr. Herring died. She deserves the sentence she got. She’s lucky she even got the chance for parole. That’s better than Mr. Herring’s fate.
She seemed emotionless until she heard that guilty verdict. It's horrible, quite narcissistic! No apology for her actions, and blame-shifting, and she took no accountability. She took the law into her own hands.
You haven't been following this properly HAVE YOU?!🤦 He wasn't innocent, he ran a red light and could have killed someone. Not that he deserves to die but she in her turn deserves everything she got.
@@Manu_Lemoine_FR Car accident, leaving the scene of an accident? Those are indeed crimes. No one was harmed in the accident. Property damaged at most then minimal as it was a commercial truck. So what whenever somebody commits a crime? You call the police the police investigate make a rest and the person goes to court and is held accountable.... That didn't happen. Why? Because this woman took it upon herself to track down, attack, pull her weapon, shoot and kill this man because she felt that she had the superior moral obligation to hold this man accountable, be the judge and jury... And ultimately his executioner.
Saw some dickhead in chat saying it was a "biased far-left judge who bases everything on race". I didn't hear anything about race or hate crimes in the sentencing. Regardless off race or gender, a confused person having a hypoglycemic shock was murdered by an angry driver who hunted them down and shot them for refusing to get out of their vehicle after an auto accident. Her motivations are meaningless in the larger context of what she actually did.
Thankfully it doesn't matter what they think, she will serve her sentence. Theyre sick people and we have plenty of those running around, unfortunately.
Yes and then the 13 years on the other charges. (could also get reduced but it will hopefully be 35 at minimum) By then, it's likely Herring's siblings will be gone and won't have to endure parole hearings 😢
Just for that life sentence. Then 8 years for the other charge and then 5 years for the other one because they’re consecutive. So minimum 43 years before parole eligibility
You can have friends and partners who are minorities, you don’t have to be a full fledged white cloaked racist, and still hold biases and act on them. But I understand why people who are close to her feel how they do. She got lucky with parole.
Are you kidding? Lucky with parole? I live on the south side of Chicago where armed “people” commit robbery, home invasion, car theft with guns and get like 3 years and parole. The state never even proved who pulled the trigger in this case. Chock full of reasonable doubt. This is another mob justice trial.
She tried to play Iam not racist and I have black friends, please!! Give her life without parole like Mr.Herring got. We are SO TRIED OF THIS WHITE ON BLACK CRIME. SO SICK OF WHITE PEOPLE THINKING THAT THEY ARE SUPERIOR TO BLACK PEOPLE. LET THIS SEND A MESSAGE JUST LIKE THE AMARD AUBREY CASE WITH THOSE WHITE RACISTS. THIS IS GOING TO STOP 🛑WE ARE TRIED OF THESE PEOPLE POLICING BLACK AND BROWN PEOPLE LET THIS BE A LESSON.THIS IS NOT THE OLD SOUTH WE ARE NOT HAVING IT.
That good person and outstanding citizen, should serve her well in prison. She will have all the time needed to help those in need, mow plenty of lawns, and work in the vegetable patch. She will at the very least have time to cultivate new friends.
Once Zimmermann got away with murder alot of them had dreams of pulling the same act off but it's a roll of the dice to say you'll getaway with murdering someone and crying self defense when you initiate the violence
Despicable people testifying that Hannah would never want harm to come to the victims family. Good grief, should be ashamed of themselves. And the defense attorney getting up there and telling victims brother basically no offense that I called your brother a drug user. Hope you have closure ?! Wtf🤬
This woman did what she did. There is no excuse for this shooting and taking a man’s life. It's sad for sure this whole situation but this woman still committed a serious crime even when asked not to proceed by the dispatch from the police. It doesn’t matter who she is or what she might accomplish in her life. She took a man’s life from him.
Carrington guns in America doesn't help. Too easy for these outcomes. There was the popcorn shooting in a theater over using a cell ph.Guy throws popcorn on old fellows face that was complaining. Old man feels threatened for his life, pulls a gun and shoots him dead. His wife says you didn't need to do that .He says fn shut up.Anyway his life didn't look threatened at all.But he walks free.
I applaud the State's Closing Argument. I feel they helped serve the victim's family justice. Kudos on an excellent summation of character, ma'am. Well done.
"she is a human worthy of saving" what??????? SHE'S worthy of saving?? She thought nothing of murdering and then mocking someone who was ALSO a human worthy of saving. The people that spoke for her did way more harm than good, they sound ridiculous! "she has black friends and her ex was black" cooooool....how do they feel about her MURDER VICTIM??
Kenneth was a typical worthless black looking to avoid responsibility, he was worth nothing, no less saving. Everybody wants a neighbor like Hannah, let's hope the next governor pardons her or Trump. Hannah has value, Kenneth had less than a common dog.
Because they didn’t want to get up there and perjury they self because like the old folks would say if you don’t have nothing good to say about a person don’t say nothing at all her parents knew there was no good and in her just evil
Not her coworker getting up there saying she carried on a long term relationship with a black man……like have SEVERAL SEATS & KEEP those prayers beloved. The neighbor was just as bad.
Gee, by the words of Hannah’s friends and co-workers about how loving and caring she was to people she knew of all races and even animals found by the side of the road - well, never mind. You get it. My condolences to the Herring family.
Based on her friends statement, one would think Hannah was Mother Teresa. However, Mother Teresa never shot anyone.... Hannah wasn't remorseful, so now she gets a big time out to think about her actions.
These witnesses for Hannah (with the exception of the neighbor) and her attorney did her no favors. We went from - BUT SHE HAS BLACK FRIENDS to her attorney making the worst arguments ever and insulting eyewitnesses. I really thought she showed herself on the stand. The prosecutor nailed it in her closing when she talked about her demeanor on the stand, and how she acted like she knew better than everyone else. I’m glad this family gets justice
A caring person who would pull over and offer assistance to a person in need. Maybe mister Herring thought this miss Payne was going to do just that. Hannah Paynes that day was going to offer assistance with a gun in her hand a man who obviously needed help, she didn't ask if he was alright. A determined vigilante in a rage before she approached Mr. Herring and commenced to beat the hell out of him. This man was fighting for his life.
When she read the Zimmerman guide she skipped the part that said hang up with the 911 dispatcher before committing the act so that audio that proves your guilt isn’t recorded.
This is a hard, hard path that Hannah unwittingly chose for herself when she overstepped the role as a Good Samaritan, becoming a vigilante. She was like a bull seeing a red cape, she just couldn't seem to stop herself! She jumped into super-hero mode without one thought of impact. She had no boundaries or filters. Her supporters don't realize that she really did what is said she did. Mr. Herring did not pull the trigger. Even if he had, what was a gun doing on the scene in the first place. Who was she to yell at this older man like she was his authority?! She took the life of a man who was very valued by his family and community, and sh has sentenced her parents to life out of prison. Ego can take anyone down. We all would do well to remember that...
Well said. Rarely do people understand that our choices have a weight to them. If we make wise choices with prudence, the weight will place us on a track to future wise choices or at least to a greater propensity to see the difference between wise and foolish options. Pride, or ego as you call it, and self-righteousness blind us and make us more likely to draw from the wrong/foolish pool of choices when we confront new situations and highly charged interactions. I've come to understand that I should be circumspect of my own perception of doing good to others or doing the right thing. Outside of the 10 commandment, most situations and the possible options we can even conceive if offer up a whole lot of ambiguity. Doing what is good or bad is bound to be highly subjective at best. Exercising self-control in most of life's encounters is very necessary, especially if we are naive or wearing rose colored glasses. Never take for granted that our desire to do good will cause good choices and/or good outcomes. Human beings are so much more complex than that, as is life itself.
Its insane of you to imply that any of that is hero behavior 😂 or attempted hero behavior, all of it is dark and disturbing and people not reacting to it and feeling some sense of sympathy is HIGHLY DISTURBING. WTF DO YOU MEAN GOOD SAMARITAN? WHERE? She literally could have ONLY blocked his car and maybe she could be considered that! The publics reaction to this has at times, been mind boggling.
So you mean to tell me, that she thought she was speaking to a state trooper, but she had to chase the guy and get the plates. Also, if it was for him to pay for what he did when she had his plates after Balint and Lee being told not to chase him, he when I got away with anything they could’ve found him. This is senseless‘.
It’s possible for ppl to be one way with friends and family and be a totally different person to others. And Hannah Payne is the true definition of that person!
The fact that she chased down this BLACK man, as WHITE woman, doesn't have to be the forefront of this case but it is very much the elephant in the room. There is no black person alive that would have even been allowed to walk away from the scene had the rolls been reversed. There would have been an all-out take down of the black person that would have done that. Then again, nobody would have just injected themselves in a hit & run like that. Just because she is big, where did she even get the balls to approach a male... oh wait, people get real aggressive when they have a gun. SMH!
The fact that Hannah Payne, nor her parents spoke during the sentencing speaks volums. She nor her parents think she did anything wrong and therfore have no sympathy for the victim or his family. Imo...
She did not cry until she was found guilty. She so caring and she was sooo abusive and unkind and merciless toward someone who was of age to be her father.
Hannah sat there stone faced until her friend begin to talk about her, then she had the audicity to shed a tear. But no emotions hearing Mr. Herrings family was talking about their brother.
The one thing that is so irritating is when people say i dont see color. Stop it. Saying i have black friends or saying ive dated a black man is just dumb. That means absolutely nothing.
I agree. I’m trained and have lots of experience. But I’m also getting old and frail, so I don’t carry anymore. I figure I’m too easy to disarm and that’s more likely to happen these days. So I decided I’m not gonna be part of the problem. 🤷♀️ I draw the line at home, I’ll defend that, but leave public places to defend themselves.
@@Somewhere-In-AZI agree yet I don’t own a gun. Your own gun can also end up killing you .. I cringe when I see someone in public carrying a “concealed” gun and I’m not talking about law enforcement. She was given the option to take a plea. Because she did not take it, she should not be allowed a chance for parole. She rolled the dice hoping to not be found guilty. She wasn’t. She was not a child, she was a grown woman. Anyone else would not have been out on bail for nearly 4 years. Her attorney is a joke and he is the most disrespectful of everyone.
Just ask God and the family of this man for forgiveness girl! You threw your whole life away because you wanted to pull the trigga on a “N***a You cried and lied l, when the evidence and witnesses said otherwise. You’re young, but I pray that only God has mercy on you and not the court.
Every1 of her character statements proved Hannah liked to get involved in other ppls business to "help" even when not asked. Yet the ☝🏽 time she truly needed to help some1 she murders them 🤨. If she was so helpful when she walked up to his vehicle & saw his condition why didnt she offer to drive him to the hospital for his safety and every1 elses since she was so concerned about every1 safety 🤔
Typical Karen behavior!!!! The audacity!!!! We see these women everyday online harassing people but the only difference is that she had a gun and used it!
Disappointed that this judge had no sincere words of scolding the criminal and/or consolation to the family prior to reading the sentence. Many trials like this, the judge expresses their own feelings and viewpoint and why they sentenced a certain way. The sentence is too lenient for this mentally unstable, narcissistic, Thug!Anyway, may Mr. Herring's soul find eternal peace.
I'm actually glad she kept her feelings and speeches out of it since it was a trial by jury not a judge. Here the Judge is required to be supposed to be fair and impartial.
Hannah crossed the line from being a Good Samaritan to a vigilante. Why? Uncontrolled emotions took over her rational thought. This happens far too often in our country. Parents do not teach children that emotions should not dictate every decision they make and neither do schools. If we had better mental health education and mental health services for children and adults, half of our prisons would be empty.
She shouldn't have been emotional to begin with. It was not her accident. The problem lies with people who think they have the right to do law enforcement job. If she wanted to get the bad guy, she should have signed up for the job. I'm glad they are finally holding people accountable for "being emotional".
There is no excuse for cutting him off getting out of her car with a gun banging on his window then shooting him and then trying blame him. How is any of any of that good intention.

She has to do almost 40 years before she goes before the parole board. She's 25 now, so she'll be more than 60 when she asks for parole. Now that's justice!!
Thank you. Sro does that include the consecutive time?
She sat home in comfort for 2-3 years. In my opinion if they could, they would have swept this under the rug!
4yrs
Absolutely
4 1/2 years
I can’t believe Hannah’s friends or coworkers brought up race!
They’re completely lost. If they think she did nothing wrong they are insane
They brought it up because society did. I'm just saying it as a fact.
But look at the people over there supporting her they have several biracial people .
That is a bigoted statement, it makes you look just as bad. @@__BA__
She ran after that man like a slave catcher!!! They going to learn, when the 911 caller tell you to "STAND the F DOWN" YOU BETTER STAND DOWN!!
Her attorney is also deluded.
U forgot the part do it under the cover of darkness but that ego couldn’t help itself
The witnesses saw otherwise with evidence/facts. Sad this 🌍 lacks humility amongst other destructive behaviors. God help us 😢
So you mean to tell me, that she thought she was speaking to a state trooper, but she had to chase the guy and get the plates. Also, if it was for him to pay for what he did when she had his plates after Balint and Lee being told not to chase him, he when I got away with anything they could’ve found him. This is senseless‘.
That’s white people cant mind there F Business
It’s possible for ppl to be one way with friends and family and be a totally different person to others. And Hannah Payne is the true definition of that person!
The defense attorney didn't know that the prosecution goes first with statements? Wow. He's awful.
Incompetent quack
She is going to argue Ineffective conunsel when she appeals and she might get a retrial due to his incompetence

They're worried about her feelings, but what about the man she shot dead? Help me understand...
Hannah and George Zimmerman have a lot in common!
SMH!
Facts
Sounds like you have a victim mentality. You've got to get over this thing about white people oppressing you. 😂
Agreed
Big facts!!!
And she was on bond for over 4 years, I don't even believe she thought that she'd be found guilty
Her co worker forgot to say a prayer for the victim and his family
The fact that Hannah Payne, nor her parents spoke during the sentencing speaks volums. She nor her parents think she did anything wrong and therfore have no sympathy for the victim or his family. Imo...
Judge Jewel Scott is a very good judge.
She did not cry until she was found guilty. She so caring and she was sooo abusive and unkind and merciless toward someone who was of age to be her father.
Grandfather!!
The defense attorney’s insistance that Hanna’s actions were “right,” is utterly appalling.
You can expect more of this in anyone can carry a gun states. At 21 she did not have the emotional or mental maturity to carry a gun.
Even worse... she was 18 at the time.
I saw a lot of it during the pandemic when people lost their minds. We thought the world was coming to an end. Felt like it..
If you think it's unique to this country, you haven't been reading/watching the news. It's a human condition if you can call this monster human.
Emotional inteligence shpuld be more important than math class and yet....
@@Daaaanielle not sure about you, but I need math for my career. I know what u mean though.
