Excellent question. For some reason still unknown to me people always think small towns are like Mayberry or a Norman Rockwell painting. Actually it's just the opposite. How do we know that the reason he was acting strangely at the deposition and in court wasn't because they had already threatened his family? How would he know who he could trust? I could be wrong, but he just doesn't seem like the mentally ill type to me. And he was the sheriff after all. I don't see people in small town Kentucky electing and or keeping a mental case sheriff. sheriff's daughter's number on his phone if she did not give it to him herself and why is she communicating with the judge? What is that relationship.
Wonder how long the sheriff , judge, others have been taking advantage of the poor in that office.
Can't stop starring at Ned's wandering eye lol
Gosh, the one on the left could talk under water with a mouth full of marbles 😳
marbleboarding..🤷🏼
Thanks for my laugh of the day....
Now I cant get that picture out of my head..I have been laughing so hard I am crying.
@@angelamccrackin5243 🤣
That judge is smoking cigarettes in a federal building. I am jealous.
Jusge is guilty...sheriff protecting his family
QUESTION:
If there was a "legitimate reason" slash justification for the murder, then why hasn't the sheriff or defense attorney put that forward ?
Susan Constandine was on Surviving the survivor show on Bonnes case & was arguing for her being justified in self defense
Shes lost me from that day on...
Surviving the Survivor lost me a long time ago. Exploitative "journalists" attract certain "guests." 😂
Hey Ned! I see ya on the billboards in Salyersville( or use to years ago)👋
The judge gets around perhaps? Heat of passion going for manslaughter?
This all goes back to the SA by a bailiff in the judge’s chambers.
Another youtuber said his grandma turned the information in. Not to anyone in the Sheriff's office. But at the courthouse, where the deputy's wife works. They also said that the deputy is related to the 3 murdered women on Cowan....
If vinnie asked that first attorney “what time is it?” He would reply “I recently tried a case in Morgan county.” That guy sucks.
From what I understand the sheriff was under a lot of stress. Isn't right to kill but for some reason he thought he should kill him. There's more behind the storey then what's been said.😢😢
Any idea when the trial will start?
I don't see how it will be anything but clear cut. Prosecution doesn't need to prove motive, only that he DID do it. The video is the smoking gun. I think people just want the drama.
I do ask if this channel takes case requests. If you do, please look into the double murder by (allegedly) Stevie Linwood Jr out of Peoria, IL.
Different levels of murder perhaps heat of passion going for manslaughter?
oh my gawd, dude.. why so much vamping? Just lay out the facts...
Guy is soo dramatic 😳
What was on the phone?
Are the rumours true about the sheriff being abusive to wife and daughter, and them trying to leave byo: the judge?
THSTS what I got.
He was abusing his wife.
They wanted him out.
THSTS why he wasn’t in uniform.
He was worried more about losing his job.
Imagine having no audio in a court house recording. 😂😂😂
I think it's for private sensative case discussions and decisions off the record but I definitely think there should be a mute and record sound button its like body cams it's 2024
I’m thinking, maybe the sheriff thought the judge was going to implicate him in the civil lawsuits. Maybe the sheriff was involved in abusing these women also. Afraid of his family finding out maybe he took action. I don’t know just a thought.
Well, interesting question though coz he shot the judge like execution style, a very brief pause and then shot again !
The defense lawyer, this old one , with the law suit , is a good one. Clever.
guilty 😩 death sentence 😩
Wait, was the Judge smoking a cigarette in the court office? What really was going on, was it that bad that he needed a smoke?
That's just common in the area
My family grew tobacco in Lawrence County, KY, since the 1800’s.
Turns out he's holding a pen. I thought the same at first.
@@angelamccrackin5243 It is a cigarette, lit.
Maybe a sound defence could be that he was only firing blanks? 🤔
they really could’ve been blanks & this is not what it seams 🤔
just a hunch, but I'd say the judge must've been surprised..
soundtrack transcript
Judge:
"Shawn, hey, what the.."
Sheriff:
"Blam Blam Blam, & furthermore, Blam Blam Blam,
&, just to be clear, Blam Blam Blam, Blam Blam.."
The shooter looks like doofy from scarey movie
OMG! Stop interrupting your guests!!
Judge's chambers, judge's deputy, and the judge did not know about any of the sex acts in his chambers? And he did not take part?
I thought they were contacting him regarding domestic abuse.
The sheriff was concerned about his job…
Why, Oh WHY, don't you get a lip-reader ? ? ? A lip-reader can tell you EXACTLY what the judge is saying! The sheriff is not facing the camera, but you can EASILY find out what the JUDGE is saying. There are THOUSANDS of lip-readers out there--like people who are hearing impaired. No one else seems to have thought of this, either. You could be the first, Vinnie . . .
Sick!
There's ALWAYS a reason!
14:21 what a tool bag 😂😂😂
Okay sir so what is the killer motiv thst's the quation?
Question: Does the state already know what the reason is for the killing and is defence compelled to inform the state before the case begins?
He just didn't care until it was his daughter. He was most likely all in. I'd go for DP, but it's not going to happen. Sounds like that little town is doing itself in.
Like in Delphi. About these murders there, the corruption, the cover up, mafia town, they threw out FbI from the case. That looks so scary, wow! I did not know the People the U.S. are so corrupt. I wolud be scared to live there.😮
So, after trying to read the judges lips and also read his body language at the moment the gun came out, i came to the conclusion that the judge didn't really believe he was going to loose his life in that moment and I also came to the conclusion that the judge thought that they wpuld be able to talk about the problem before the gun came out .
THIS GUY THOUGHT HE WAS JASON STATHAM....
If the daughter is a potential witness, is she allowed to attend the court hearing?
he could face the death penalty and still not get it.
The judge during his bail hearing said due to Marcy law she couldn’t consider a bail so who took out Marcy law on Stines ? And was Kevin the one granting Marcy Law ? Was he on drugs or lost his mind ?
My question is, does it matter the reason why he shot him? That isn’t enough to acquit him, right?
