The fact that Hannah was 21 years old when this happened is NOT a factor imo. At 21 I was working full time as a registered nurse. I wouldn't have followed a vehicle involved in a car crash after running thru a red light. That is the responsibility of Law Enforcement. Two witnesses testified that Hannah was enraged. Yelling "get out of the fu**ing car, moth**fu***r" repeatedly. She chose to involve herself in a car crash that she had no part in. Perhaps she needs to consider not carrying a firearm until she deals with her violent temper, rage towards others & involvement in a situation that was none of her business.🕵️‍♂️👮🚔

Another Black 65 yr old man in GA who was chased down by a White person ( woman ) in a vehicle with a gun who had no authority to do so, especially for a traffic violation that she wasn't a part of. The 911 operator told her not to chase after the guy but she continued to do so and then confronted the elder gentlemen which led to her pointing and firing a Springfield DX 9 millimeter handgun into his abdomen , killing him. This is the same story that happened to Ahmad Arbery ,also a Black man that was chased down by 3 White men (,the McMichaels) in a pickup with a shotgun while on foot and murdered for going inside an empty house under construction that didn't belong to them. They are serving life sentences without parole. People have a problem in GA when it comes to interfering in situations that are none of their business! 🤔

I think Hannah received the convictions she deserved, but she also had poor representation. She made some wickedly bad decisions and it's hard to imagine what she could have been thinking at the time. She had no where near the maturity level necessary to own a firearm.

Hannah Payne got life in prison. 30 years is a life term in Georga. Those who committed serious violent felonies on or after July 1, 2006, must serve 30 years before being eligible for parole. Life in prison is mandatory for murder in Georgia. She got 30 years plus 13 years. That is 43 years. She will be eligible for parole when she is 68 if she does the 30 + 8+ 5.

I have watched his trial and it’s so sad for the victims family and the defendant and what I can see here. The defendant seems to feel she’s in the right and many people categorize other people in certain way like Karen’s. There’s some truth to this, and somehow she felt empowered to do what she did, and it’s sad because her life is ruined now because she had a gun and felt she had the power and she ruined peoples lives and her self and what really did her in was no remorse or realizing she had no authority to do what she did and this is what people call Karen
