      @boogitybear2283 still doesn't warrant some fool to chase thru traffic, illegal, block in and prevent somebody from moving, stupid and can be illegal, going into somebody's personal space and waving a weapon in his face, also illegal and then him ending up dead because of you sticking your nose into something that you have no business, killing illegal and if you're a believer, a sin. • @lindafarnes486
      @lindafarnes486 11 місяців тому +104

      Having watched a few interviews here, the victim remained at the scene of the original accident for 20 to 30 munutes before he left. Also, the woman who did the autopsy was advised that in fact he was diabetic. They didn't bother obtaining the medical evidence for it, because it was essentially irrelevant to the fact that cause of death was via gun shot. It is apparently impossible to determine if he had low blood sugar because the body continues to break down sugar even when dead. A toxicology was checked and he was clear of any drugs/alcohol. Hannah Payne had already passed on his number plate details and been told at least twice to stop chasing him. She is on camera reaching for the vehicle door, with the gun in her hand and finger on the trigger. Claiming self defence us not her original version of events. So, this was not Mr Herring's fault. Additional to this horror, the autopsy revealed he'd survived a shooting at some much earlier date as they found old bullet fragments. He must have been absolutely terrified in his final moments.

  • @supersquirrel7546
    @supersquirrel7546 11 місяців тому +93

    How the heck does someone claim self defense when they are the one approaching the driver, inside his car and pounding on his car window? If she feared for her safety/life, the simplest thing would be to stay clear away from the driver.
    Approaching someone with a gun in your hand is not the definition of being fearful for one's life. People fearful for their lives stay far away from the source of danger. They do the absolutely opposite of approaching the source of danger and/or conflict. It was an open space. She could have simply gotten in her car and sped away in the opposite direction, any direction away. Hell, simply not following this driver in the 1st place would have kept her away from any immediate danger.
    I really hate pathetic liars who abuse the true terms of self defense. This lady is just another Kyle Rittenhouse, out looking for trouble and a reason to kill someone she personally deemed as unworthy.

    My guess is that most people, especially a man, might try to grab the gun from somebody who just shows up with a gun in their face. So, even if he did pull the trigger accidentally and killed himself, she’s the one that was pointing it at him, for no reason, and caused the struggle that wound up, causing him to get shot and die. No matter how you look at it she is the killer. It doesn’t matter if he shot himself accidentally. My question is why in the hell she felt like bringing a gun to confront someone who she doesn't know what is going on through? She called the cops and told them about the driver and they told her to stop following him... Why did she kept going after that poor man? Did she felt like a super woman ready to kill or have a reason to use a firearm? She is one kind of special person! I hope she can spend many years in prison and have time to repent and ask for forgiveness.

    There was absolutely no reason she needed to involve herself let alone chase him down, hold him captive at gun point, and then shoot him. The police would’ve easily checked cameras and found out his license plate and went to see him later about the accident. They would’ve handled it in whatever way they see fit after that. She murdered a man for absolutely no reason. She apparently just walked around extremely entitled with a gun up until this incident. It’s scary to think how she’s not the only one who walks around with that attitude and also has a gun. I really hope gun laws become more strict because people like her should never even be allowed to have a gun to begin with. Short tempered and entitled.
