(CDI) of Phoenix, Maryland, USA (acting as Implosion Subcontractor to Main Demolition Contractor, NorthStar Contracting Group, Inc. of Las Vegas, Nevada and working alongside Conventional Demolition Subcontractor, Clauss Construction of Lakeside, California) performs the successful explosives felling of the 545,000 square foot, 283’ tall, 24-story, CMU, load-bearing, reinforced concrete hotel structure in Las Vegas, Nevada at 2:37 AM on Tuesday, June 14, 2016. At the request of the Property Owner, The Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority, a 3-minute long aerial fireworks/pyrotechnic display was choreographed by Fireworks by Grucci, Inc. of Bellport, New York to highlight the event.
