The kid in me loves this - takes me back to the sandbox days knocking things over. The engineer in me asks if the first tower after the explosion was expected to drop several feet before falling over. The second one didn’t but you guys are the experts. Literally. Thanks for the many different angles and cheers from the crowd and safety officers!
As in recent videos, the addition of the drone view not only gives a glimpse of the job enormity but also adds a gloriously beautiful flight over and around the object to be brought down. The dreamy aspect of those chimneys above the clouds of fog was outstanding.!! Of course, the charges being set off and those chimneys arching downward to their destruction was super outstanding! Multiple views from various locations was outstanding!! Keep ‘em coming!!
I have a question- at 1:20 as the left stack is falling, on the lower catwalk, there's something white that jumps up and falls to the catwalk. You can also see it at 1:46. What's happening there?
That drone shot of the towers rising above the fog is just gorgeous. Great video as always, and I always want to yell "timber" when the explosives fire for some reason
Curious why the first stack did that bit of vertical drop after the initial explosion established the tilt, but not the second one. I'm assuming that was on purpose but was wondering why?
Beautiful shots with the fog. Was the first tower suppose to fell straight down like it did? It seems like on the second tower the back wall stayed much longer than on the first on to insure it fell in the right direction.
I would think that tall chimneys would be the most stressful demo. I have watched videos of them going in other-than-planned places and your blasts always seem to land within a tiny footprint every time. Amazing and beautiful!
Interesting that chimney #1 dropped and then fell while #2 just fell. I am sure that the charges were similar for both structures, but they reacted differently.
We apologize. Sometimes we are asked edit something in a video that the property owner, or other interested party, want us to change or be removed. Unfortunately, UA-cam's video "Editor" is limited to trimming and blurring and I'm forced to take down the video to edit it. Many times we aren't permitted to post projects at all, so we do our best to accommodate these requests so that we may keep the video on our Channel. I hope this answers your question. Happy New Year!

@@TheLoizeauxGroupLLC That's what I figured, seen it happen with other creators too. At least I wasn't imagining things. I appreciate the "after the dust clears" shots by the way, really shows the precision involved.

Noooooooo! You can't just keep on blowing up all these tall landmarks which serve as monuments to the bygone industrial era of humanity! 😭 Haha, dynamite goes BOOM. 😎

Some cool condensation action from the first chimney top impacting at 2:37
That shockwave from the first chimney... Fascinating!! Even the drone caught it, threw me off like it was dust or something at first!
Theses chimneys were really solid. I've seen plenty of videos of chimney demolition where they just break in half during the fall.
Am I sick that I find watching these demolition videos pleasant and relaxing?
I love watching you guys blow up chimneys you guys are great.
Your drone operator deserves a raise! Beautiful photography!
I like the cinematic touch you gave this video!
Nothing like ending the year with a bang! Another great job.
I love how you can see a condensation cloud form when the first chimney hits the ground.

Happy New Years
again...that sound just before hitting the ground...love it!!
Love this channel ... as an engineer, I find it interesting ...
Thank you for the new external mic's all around. The sound quality just went through the roof!!
2:24… Anyone else see that duck run across the water then dive underwater!! 😂😂
Superb Photography, gets better each year!
Your work is poetry in motion. Happy New Year CDI
Been a great year for you guys, look forward to 2022 being just as spectacular. :)
Wow, that was impressive. I liked how the first chimney dropped vertically a few metres before keeling over.
4:10 Wow. I can hear whooshing sound of giant chimney.
The BEST DEMO videos on UA-cam!! Thanks for the upload. 😀
Which power plant was this?

This was awesome. CDI makes it look so easy. Thanks. Be Blessed for 2022.
One of the best yet!👍☘️
I follow you for years now and this one of the most beautiful vids you made, happy new year
Happy New Year!
Amazing what you guys are doing! Thanks for posting!

The drone footage is top notch! Great job!
watching this never gets old.
Great drone footage - job very nicely done :)
The engineering that went into bringing them down with such precision is way more impressive than the engineering that built them.
Great video
I like it how they say Two (2)
Impressive! Greetings from the Netherlands 😊
Hey! Thanks for watching!
Like the use of the drone
I dont know exactly what your felling plan was, but this seemed spot on! Job well done!
And how far away was this artificial twin earthquake detected on seismograph?
Amazing shots!
How does something so massively destructive have it's own inherent elegance?
What the location?
Enjoyed the video and I gave it a Thumbs Up
Where were the stacks dropped ? Another perfect job as always !!!
I bet being on the catwalk by yourself above the clouds was awesome
Dramatic opening! Wow!
couple go pros on top of the chimneys would have been awesome.

Beautiful.
It would have been nice if Betty White was the one who pressed the button.
RIP Betty!
ok how maney times do you plan to keep repeatting this video as a NEW video i have seen this come up in new videos over 30+ times

Perfect, that’s what pro’s do!!
Boom or bust. What a job to have.
"X" marks the spot where they crossed over each other hitting the ground.
Never gets old!👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
All that dry ice must have cost a fortune.
Déjà vu, or is this a reupload?

Birds don't seem impressed 😂
Two giant smoke stacks go down here in My home state of Florida 😎
Ashes, ashes, they all fall down
The sound of economical war.
So satisfiying
Cool
Oh ,sweet spontaneous ,
Not bad... now lets see you guys do this; ua-cam.com/video/hSZEIZ9eFtY/v-deo.html

Do you care about the tall chimneys? I think the way of chimney demolitions as satisfying.
