Premiere and Resolve ones is the right way to display the color between PP. Converting PP shouldn't change the RGB numbers, but only how these numbers are interoperated by the programs and displayed with adjusted colours (respect the PP). In fact, even if Resolve or Premiere do not give you differences in the numbers, when you swap profiles your eyes can see the difference in the images from the screen. But because you are capturing the screen in a video with a software, screens capture works with the same numbers of screenshots and so on. So for us when numbers doesn't change images doesn't change as well. But in reality, when you see your monitor for real you see that colours changes instead (Also in Resolve and Premiere). This doesn't means that they are changing for the right way. The only way for have accurate colours is use a deck link dedicated for connect your monitors. And avoid all the colours management from GPU, Operative System, Software and so on. Each of these things is a variable for display different colours in different screens. Taking screenshots and measure them with the picker is not fair, numbers need to be as they are. For a right demonstration you should measure the colours with a colorimeter (like spyder or x-rite) directly from the screen. Not screenshots and not picker. And see what and How Resolve, Premiere, Photoshop and 3D lut Creator, really shows different profiles (Measure the numbers that your eyes actually see - not numbers from internal colour management of the PC/MAC)
