to answer your question as to what beats longbow cataphract it would be spear knight. the triangle generally goes knight archer > archer spear > spear knight > knight archer and cats sort of behave like a poor mans knight. Knight horsemen is also an option.
Question: When you said mangorels don't track anymore, are you saying before the rocks used to slightly "change direction" mid-air to hit the target ?..... cuz that's dum. But i think mangorels have more range, rocks should follow simple physics trajectory. Make it more manual. Like use it to manually guess where army(like archers) might retreat and hit rocks there..... sorta like attack ground type feature
Yeah, give them an "Attack ground" button, so you can either chose to 100% hit static stuff like buildings or you have to guess the movement of enemy units. Like mortars in Company of heroes for example.
The rocks don't track, but they used to lead their targets, so enemies moving in a straight line get a face full of rocks. Now they don't lead, so they basically always miss moving targets now unless micro'd.
You are the 1st channel I look for when I'm needing my daily AOE cast fix. Thank you. Keep going man, you're gonna be number 1 👌🙏🤞💪
@@mattjackson15 cheers dude! That means alot 🫶

The 1 TC play of Byzantines is really strong, maybe the strongest of the game in early castle. The swarm of premium units + mercs is so damn strong
