How it is right now it's just "Oh I lost. Well I just gonna reload, give him the sentence and then roll again until I win.".

In this game, the probability of the dice rolling 12 changes based on your behavior and actions. Sure you have the ability to load back, but the mechanic relies on the players integrity and willingness to take risk, just like any decision based game that lets you load saves at will

(obviously we don't know the contract details but it specifically stated he sued her to evict her. he wouldn't be able to evict her otherwise. once the contract was up if she hadn't paid still, then she would in the wrong.
