The first step to have less volume as possible in a slickback hairstyle is to blowdry ur hair all way down and not back as the video show, then you have to use a flat iron to straight the hair and then you have to put the wax and achieve the slickback shape with your hands. After that you have to blowdry ur hair with a comb and add some products to fix or to get more shiny. Try it on yourselves and you'll see the results

I got my slick back done because i had short to slightly medium hair but when it comes to your top of your hair (fringe) most barbers screw this part, despite I told meine to do not really cut the top.He told me that he just cut a little bit of the top to make the hairstyle look nice but I told him not to.What is your opinion guys?
