Great build , hope to be doing basically samething very soon same color also . Love the powder coat paint makes it look well thought out
thank you so much! it is an awesome set up!
Thanks Mike and the high altitude gang, appreciate all the hard work and details! Sick video 🔥
Thanks Victor!
That looks REALLY Nice
Thanks Marc! Turned out awesome!
Awesome job!! I’m putting together 1500 Chevy with red powder coat suspension. Just curious why U tightened arms in air instead of ground with weight of vehicle on it?
Oh nice! That will be awesome! You can tighten the arms in the air or on the ground it doesn't make a difference.
Those new super Duty's look insane great job great video
thank you I appreciate the feedback!
What is the wheel and tire setup on Tunis truck ?
on powder coating did you powder over the factory finish or did you blast it back down to raw steel first?
It was blasted to bare steel first, then powder coated.
Looks awesome.
Thanks!
Does this lift void any warranty issue. Great job .love it. I have a 14 and im looking for a lift kit to.
Hey Romaine it will void any suspension parts but most dealers won't say anything because there is no cutting involved.
@@highaltitudetrucks you said it
@@highaltitudetrucks where is u shop located ?
Dumb question, do you have to use that 1” block? I have the same kit in a coil over front but I’d like to lower it about 1” front and rear.
no you don't! if you look it off it would lower it
How do you know if the new pitman arm is in the exact correct spot that the old one was in?
well there are typically 3 or 4 flat or double thick splines on the pitman arm and Gear box shaft so its pretty simple but to make sure with the steering wheel straight the pitman arm will install straight forward parallel with the frame on ford trucks
I don't like lifting superdutys on my jack lift so when I usually do it all from the ground. I have an alignment rack and was wondering if I put the lift on in one bay from the ground and then drove it over to the alignment rack to do the transfer case indexing if it would hurt anything?
That would be a good way to do it, and wouldn't hurt anything!
@@highaltitudetrucks thank you! I’ve lifted a few of these but never had to index it before so I was really dreading doing that from the ground. Way less stressed thank you so much!!
Did your not have dowel pin on the t case that BDS says to cut flush?
I don't think it did, but Its been a while so I actually don't recall.
Can you get this kit with Bilstein shocks? what is the factory finish on these parts hold up the weather?
The factory finish is typically gloss black. You can use Bilstein shocks with this kit.
So when you install a 6” block you order shocks for a 6” lift correct?
That is correct!
what size wheels and tires are you running on there?
the wheels is a 22x14 and the tire is a 275/45R22
What size lift on the white Ford in the beginning of video?
12" kelderman kit
Can I run a 5in lift on my 2017 f250 with 26x14 with no rubbing issues?
yes, with a 35 inch tire
1omar is correct only with a 35in tire. this truck we also did a bumper spacer
I think the add a leaf was meant to be used instead of the block?
You can use the add a leaf or the added block
Were i can buy the same 1 inch block w the hole??
I would maybe try PMF suspension if BDS doesn't have it.
Can I run a 6 inch lift with 22x12 with a -44 offset on 37 inch tires without rubbing?
Unfortunately no you will rub.
That's what I have and they don't rub at all. Even with the Bushwacker fender flares on.
@@highaltitudetrucks most lift in 6” I see are running the 22x12-44 and they don’t rub. Only need front valance trimmed if you don’t have bumper spacers
I've tried to get the one-inch block but I still can't get it, where can I get it, everyone who looked at it has a pin, I need the one with the hole.
I would maybe try PMF suspension if BDS doesn't have it.
What’s the size wheel and tire ?
the wheels is a 22x14 and the tire is a 275/45R22
What does a job like that run you?
it is about $14,500 out the door
What size wheels & tires?
they are 22X14 275/45R22
What’s the wheel and tire size
the wheels is a 22x14 and the tire is a 275/45R22
What sides tires and wheels are ??
275/45R22
How is the ride on this lift?
Really good and better with coil overs!
What is the increase in axel hight ? It’s all bases on rim and tires.
That is correct based on tire size

Thanks Barry!
What does something like this cost to install?
50k
depends but generally $1200 to $1500 for just labor on the kit
@@highaltitudetrucks that's not a bad price seeing the craziness anylevel wants after giving them $20k just for the kit. Once things get back to normal i will contact you, just don't know who to trust on powder coating everything.
Are you wanting to do a 6inch bds kit or any level kit because that changes labor by a lot lol
Shop doing mine 1500 labor, alignment 130 + tax
*I DO THIS EVERY SINGLE DAY AND I MAKE MY OWN KIT AND I DO IT SO FAST IN MY DREAMS EVERYTIME I GO TO BED!* 🤣
haha that is what I'm talking about 😎
Do mines lol

Did you have to extend the drive shaft any?
No need to extend the driveshaft for the 6" lift! Just clock the transfer case, and if its a long bed, do a carrier bearing drop!
