Just covering the 2 mods on my truck that make it have over 600WHP, this is our stage one kit that keeps a budget in mind. Nice truck man
The top off a def bottle fits windshield washer (and some coolant bottles or other fluids) bottles. No spilling trying to add washer fluid, especially on the 11-16s where it's under the hood strut.

Must have for the 6.7.... Tuner. Cold air intake. Delete egr, and def. Str8 pipe. Upgrade turbo a must. They have problems even running stock, your turbo will fail within time. Update glowplugs a must. They are known to crack off and kill the motor. And finally a MUST MUST! Hpfp fix. If ur pump goes it's 7-11k to fix! That $250 part will prevent that when ur fuel pump goes. Which it will. They all do! #bulletproofed

Religiously change fuel filters and oil

My 2013 platinum is tuned. Egr and def deleted. Muffler delete. 4" all the way back and has been this was since 2014. Going on 200k miles. No issues what so ever and I pull a 26 footer inclosed trailer everyday.

Do you know if this mod ruins factory warranty and can re de tune the truck so it can pass CAli smog restrictions? Cuz I’ve heard they pack somthing on the truck like a black box to make sure no tunes or anything was plugged in

It’s still running fine, he might have sold it or it is sitting since he got a 20 rrecently. The “muffler” or dpf delete is very good for the motor. The emissions stuff is horrible.

The tune itself will disable the EGR you don’t even have to remove it.

If you take the same truck to the same dyno, and you dyno it 2 times. One with a certain rear end ratio like 3.31 and the second dyno run you swapped in say 4.11 would the WHP/WTQ go up or stay the same? I assume the crank hp obviously would always stay the same but could you theoretically just gets higher numbers by gear ratios. Please don’t flame me and please someone answer with technical knowledge

It's easy to tune a powerstroke engine to put out 600hp. Building the engine to run at 600hp is a little harder.
You have a windshield spray jet for the camera on the Ford emblem for platinums. If you get someone to hit it you will notice it comes out and sprays the camera

You need at minimum our stage one kit, that is all plug and play. Comes with all proper tuning. Check it out at www.shopmoderndiesel.com
And read the Description they dont back or guarantee the tune ur purchasing pretty much if it messes up oh well ur out 60 plus grand I wouldn't promote or sell an item I wouldn't back fully so if that tells ya anything
The Custom Everything Channel no one can legitimately sell tunings for removing emissions equipment on new trucks but tuning the truck to run with the dpf removed or the egr removed isn’t going to harm there truck unless they really are being a asshole and abusing these trucks have a 2012 that’s been deleted since warranty ran out at 100k and it has 260k miles on it now and have never repaired one critical thing on truck it still runs great waiting on turbo to fail to maybe go big single are true twins but the things still rips the 38” Toyo mt’s off it every time you bump the skinny pedal.
I’ve had Cummins duramax’s and usually buy a new truck every two years but after getting the first 6.7 I had keep it as a toy and I’ve went back with a new one all stock for the family vehicle.
Can you provide a link for the leveling kit you have please amd does your truck rub at all with the 24x14 wheels did you need to trim anything??

I live in PA. Some guys at a shop deleted the system on some pipe line trucks. They got a 100,000 in fine's and jail time. So, if you have state inspection's don't do it.

@the truth great trucks. I bought my 7.3 new in 2000. Even with a custom tune, huge injectors and turbo, my 2016 6.7 stock walks all over it in every aspect except the 7.3 was almost 30k cheaper
I finally got one
Block off the EGR at least. I did the TB/cold side pipe mod, and it is FILTHY AT 17K miles.

I showed a guy this video at a shop and he said Dino’s are easily fudged. He said just change 2 numbers on it and the customer thinks they have a hot rod. Myself, I believe you.

They just put in a long block and my dealership covered the entire work order
But still power is fun until it blows
Put the tuner on kill and hope the heads don't end up in the ceiling....Its plausible. My Dodge eats up washer fluid also. Constantly getting the washer fluid light.

I have a 2006 F-250 w/6.0 Powerstroke. Bought an SCT tuner to turn off the EGR since none is installed, it was causing the Check Engine Light to come on. These tuners, any of a number of brands, can be used to adjust engine and transmission for different driving conditions, one setting increases horsepower to 450, another to 550. Not sure what the stock value is, but these things are GREAT.
I think stock for a 6.0 was around 300 350

If you want your engine to live a long time then the only tuner to get is the Banks Derringer. All of the other tuners on the market just dump more fuel into the engine, which makes it run much hotter than it was designed to run, and that big cloud of black smoke is telling you that it's running too rich and that your injectors probably need to be cleaned. It's also the only tuner on the market that won't leave any digital fingerprints in any of the computer modules in the truck, which is what Ford will use to void your engine/power train warranty. Any other tuner no matter how many times you flash and reload the factory tune will leave digital fingerprints proving that your truck has been modified, a 6.7L long block is around $20+ K. I don't get compensated for my views on Banks diesel products, I also only use Amsoil synthetic lubricants in my truck and my wifes truck.

I just had my f-550 2011 deleted it is such a beast could not believe the night and day difference and I only have mine set on the toe tune for hot shoting they said if I was to turn it up it would be a axle snapper but I got to have mine for work can't be hot riding it all the time but yeah he's not lying you can even get more power out of a 6-4 powerstroke of course they have twin turbos and they're junk but you can still get more power just by a delete and tune

What purpose does this serve? Is it for just tinkering or is it useful? I’d think the truck has plenty of power to tow anything as it comes from the factory and these tuning mods I’d assume void the warranty and reduce the life of the truck?
DEF DPF EGR deletes when done properly with the correct tune will make your truck run 100% better. Your DPF will start failing around 80k miles or so and your DEF tank heater will go out around the same time. the whole tank will need to be replaced you cant just fix the heater inside it. DEF is 80 to 90% water so you have to have the heater in the tank or it will freeze in the winter. 4k for a new DPF and 2k for a new DEF tank so your looking at 6 grand or more vs bypass everything and tune it for around 1200 to 1500. your MPG will increase along with HP and TQ best thing I could have done to my truck..

Carter Wilcox there rlly call a race piped bc I put them on my 2012 6.7 Powerstroke but when I bought it, it asked if u wanted the cat pipe as well. The dpf is a different pipe
