- No secondary cats or resonator. 2008 model year. Stock headers with primaries in place, delete secondary and resonator, QTP bypass cutouts just in front of the stock mufflers. Bypass is open in the video.

Love manuals
I never understood why the V10 M models with manual transmission were never sold in the homeland Germany, or offered as right-hand drive. Considering the fact, that Americans hate manual and majority of cars there are all automatic, this makes it even more inconceivable :D.
I rememeber reading about why bmw made this decision in the early 2000s. Apparently they tought that in america all normal cars are auto so enthusiasts want something different (manual). Meanwhile in europe almost every car is manual so a fast f1-style automatic would be more appreciated and manual is cosidered the cheap solution.
@@Manuel-gs6qw Makes quite sense actually 🤔 Still, the SMG transmission is a nightmare in the city. Also, a manual V10 in such a beautiful GT car would be too perfect.

I'm So Diaosi Yes. I would say it’s still extremely quiet running through the oem exhaust, especially if you keep it civil. I use it on cold starts and when the situation calls for blending in more. I keep it open almost always though.

Sorry, I don’t. This is a factory manual but I’m sure a google search would pull up a parts diagram.
