      I enjoy doing your exercises. My problem is I am 70 and have hip probs so some of the exercises have caused my pain to worsen. Any advice? Pam x

    I am 27 and this is exactly what I need. I'm sick of these super energetic unrealistic influencers trying to tell me. Exercising does not need to be hectic.

    I started working out with you in April - I’ve worked out every day and have magically transformed this 76 year old body into something I’m proud of and I feel great too! Thank you so much, I love all the exercises and like that they are short! Challenging yet doable.

    Thank you for telling us that now that we are Seniors we do not have to do all the difficult work outs at the gym. I am 81 years young and I love working out with you. I get my heart rate up and I’m getting in shape. So keep doing what you do to help us.❤️❤️❤️

      The transition from a gym rat to an older adult woman, lol. But I love it every time when she says once we pass 50 we do not need to be athletes. Stay flexible, keep aerobics, not running for hours anymore but still getting the heart rate up.
      Her workouts are for people who are busy and have many responsibilities and who do not have time to exercise for hours.
      I feel like there is always a good workout with this lady.

      Maria, I appreciated her comment on that too! At 68 and with bad knee caps, I have to be soooooo careful about which exercises I do. But I CAN do many, if not most, of Shellea's workouts which not only helps my body but also my mind!!! I am not a sedentary person but it sure has gotten more challenging to exercise as I get older but Shellea has made it all SO DOABLE!!!!! Thanks a million and then some, dear Shellea!!!!

    Hi Shellea I do your exercises every day and have been exercising every day since the March lockdown. Do I feel any better? No. Can I do more? No. I truly believe my body is exercise resistant because in all my 71 years I have never been able to feel any cumulative benefit from exercising and boy have I tried. However I will continue to exercise daily because I know how important it is. Particularly cross body stuff and balance.

      I cannot get on the floor at all. I tried one and was in bed for 2 days, my back and knees just can't do it. Makes the all standing videos so important for those of us who cannot!

    Shelley you can mention about breathing:
    Breath OUT when you do the stretch or the difficult effort part of excersizes.. Breath normal and breath IN with the relaxter part of the excersize. Excuse my poor English...It really helps!

    Thank you for the great tone ups. You're the best coach on youtube. I have PAD and walking is a prescription. The problem is my back aches so much I don't want to do it. I'm using these ab workouts to build core strength to stop the bad cycle. Many people in my PAD FB group like you lots too.

    I've been doing this workout for the past week, just in the mornings. I'm 70yo and the exercises work perfectly for me. I have also cut out much of the sugar snacks I was eating and have lost 3 pounds. Doesn't sound like much, but I certainly feel better. Thank you, Shellea!

    I can't say that I'm at the stage of saying, that I love these workouts. But I love how I feel afterwards. I'm 60 this year, and have decided that I need to get fit. I have been doing them everyday for 2 weeks and I actually believe because the exercises are set out in bite sized videos, and because there's so many to choose from, I believe I can keep doing them. It's a bit like being in a a pick and mix sweet shop. 👍

I have lower back pain, fibromyalgia, neurothopy, arthritis n carpal tunnel, depression, ADHD I know right I. I was thinking about doing tai chi for seniors then I found your videos!     I am so immensely enjoy your workouts and was wondering if you could provide a workout that would tighten the muscles to the bladder as we age those muscles seem to want to just relax more making us spend more time in the bathroom and disrupting our sleep cycle.

    Hi... I do this workout every day -along with a few of your other short ones- Could you do a 30-45 minute ab/ thigh?
    Your perfect for us- you don’t try to do things that our bodies won’t do, and your quite calming ... I followed you for your beauty tips and found your fitness ... thanks... your great -
    It’s nice because my sister ( who is 17 years older than me) can do your workout with me and she is able to keep up and modify when needed - plus we love how you have decorated-
    Your like one of us, it’s like working out with one of my friends, and we would go have a mojito after...
