Thank you very much ! A wrestler myself I also am a former swimmmer who now and again takes part in master categories. I know it is not an easy combination but I love both sports !

Could you include scaled versions of each exercices in your next videos. All those exercices are incredibly hard. I get these are for elites but that would be a nice addition. Awesome content btw.

Hey coach, what's up? Do you think it's a good idea to cover some MMA and boxing specifics exercises in your channel?

How's it going? We are considering covering those sports it may be a while before we get to them. Would you be interested in more videos on them?

One coach from Speedo said, "Suck in your gut like you are trying to put your belly button on your spine." One exercise I picked up as a gymnast that focuses on proper posture, Stand with your heels, butt and shoulders against the wall. If you have 'perfect' posture, so when you do spin moves you end up where you want, there should be room for your fingers, up to maybe the middle knuckles. If your forearm can go behind your back at the lower lumbar area, you have too much arch in your back. In swimming, this creates more drag, and sinking hips and feet. You will feel this from your naval down.
