  • As a runner, it's important to have a strong and stable core to help prevent injuries and improve your overall performance. In this video, I'll be sharing a core stability routine specifically designed for runners.
From planks and rows these exercises will help develop your core and help prevent injuries in future training. Incorporating these exercises into your training will not only help prevent injuries, but also increase your strength and power on the road / trails.

I started doing these leg flutters years ago after watching manny pacquiaos routine. These are so good. After a few weeks, you can build to high numbers and feel a really strong lower core

I feel like you must be doing about ten times this many reps for your own workout, right?

its not about 3h of stability work a day, its about the consistency daily or every 2nd day
