- As a runner, it's important to have a strong and stable core to help prevent injuries and improve your overall performance. In this video, I'll be sharing a core stability routine specifically designed for runners.
From planks and rows these exercises will help develop your core and help prevent injuries in future training. Incorporating these exercises into your training will not only help prevent injuries, but also increase your strength and power on the road / trails.

I started doing these leg flutters years ago after watching manny pacquiaos routine. These are so good. After a few weeks, you can build to high numbers and feel a really strong lower core
Weldone stephen I try to add core work 2 to 3 times per wk in my garage aswell as stretching for mobility, even now its minus 3 in uk.
Nice start to the morning, now time to get my second coffee of the morning
Awesome stuff. Great content all around. Thanks.
Superb and simple to follow although, one or two of those those crunch workouts are going to embarrass me😂
Thanks for advice 💪🏻
I’ve been humbled. Solid workout
Great follow along routine, I'll use this next week for sure! Thank man!
Thanks, mate!
Good work out
Thanks again mate!!!!
Thanks Stephen
I feel like you must be doing about ten times this many reps for your own workout, right?
its not about 3h of stability work a day, its about the consistency daily or every 2nd day
Do 3 sets or add 10 seconds of work and do 2 sets
Thanks good learning
Pretty good Stephen!
Thanks a lot 👍
loved it! :)
Excellent
Hiw often should i do these exercises?
How many times training per week?
nice* greets
I put you on .75 and follow along...
That’s a good idea
Maybe mute also haha
@@stephenscullion262 No need to mute. I like your comments.
If I put your running on .75 I may also follow along ;-)
Greetings from 🇨🇭
I going to start back with exercise when I have no track training
Just squat
