Swimming breaststroke with Dave Salo, Olympic swim coach

Breaststroke is the hardest stroke to master. 200 LCM breaststroke is harder than 200 LCM fly. And today's technique somehow makes the best out of it - it is more efficient. I swam my best time as a master swimmer.

True. Breast stroke is very hard

I will have to disagree. You can swim breaststroke slowly, you can’t swim fly properly slowly.

@@pabichpawel true. But butterfly mechanics are much easier. Plus swimming breast slow is very inefficient.
