How cool that you found this the very day I posted it! Carlton, you will be sooooo excited when you see the home prices here. We lived up by Napa when we moved here and we got 3x the house for 1/3 the price. Let me know if I can help you with anything when you get closer to moving.

It's a HOT rental market Joel! More renters than there are properties, especially if you'll allow pets since most landlords don't. Anyone with a dog or cat has a hard time finding a place to rent. If you email me I can send you some statistics. [e-mail]
