My home was built on DJs way here in 1996..The foundation was so thin it collapsed. I had termites so bad as well from it being built on low land.. They had to dig a drench around my home and treat it. They were eating the studs. I replaced the roof in 2000 and the wood was rotten underneath. The builder with Southern Family Homes.
I sold it in 2013. Lost alot of money. The crime also got really bad in there as well towards the end.
