I love the new flooring! Very pretty! Here in Florida, a screened porch is called a lanai. I finally have one and I absolutely LOVE it! It makes the backyard space so much more usable and pleasant.
Thank you! I love that tile too. But man, it was brutal laying it in this heat. The grout dried faster than we could apply it!

Realty love your patio and the fact that people can't see in that's pretty cool. In my area we have two seasons hot and unbearable. Every once in awhile Mother Nature blesses us with a cold front and I get all giddy like a child on Christmas Day. if it wasn't for A/C🌬 I wouldn't step foot in Florida I don't give a damn how blue the water is.

I didn’t know it got so cold in Giorgio? 90 is hot for me n 40 is too cold.? I’m in sunny beautiful southern, Southern California!! I love the Victorian houses in Savannah G.
Love your flooring!..Here in Florida we call our screened porches "lanais"..Thats where we live most of the time!
I always thought a lanai was a balcony/terrace, just something with a cover but not enclosed. Learn something new every day!
Meanwhile in eastern tn we finally get rid of below freezing nights in late May.every year our tree buds burst out then what I call the spring killer takes it all away when we think summer has arrived

Savannah Blinds came and measured, then installed for us. They really help block the glaring sun and they keep the room a lot cooler. Score!

It’s chilly but not ridiculously cold. Probably in the 50’s during the day. It’s almost Halloween now and it was 82 today. 😄
