      Curly Proverbz my hair has grown SOOO much within 3 months of using your glosses, your oil and your products. it was literally at my neck now its coming down my back i cant believe it! i really want to send you a before and after picture. i still have a longgg way to go and a lot of hair still needs repairing from the past damage of combing it out too much making it not as thick and heat damage but its growing so much! also after i use your henna gloss i use the Givonni deep moisturizing conditioner is that too much? should i just use a regular conditioner? thank you so much! and in love you! youre amazing

      I love your videos and my hair has been growing very fast. I have always taken care of my hair and never had an issue with growth, but using the henna gloss and tea have given me thicker and faster growing hair.
      I know you do meet greets/promotions with Belle Bar, but I don't recall you coming to northern California. You really should consider coming to San Francisco or Oakland. I think this would be a great turnout. .

    Hiring! I was just referred to you through another UA-cam and I've already learned something I had never even thought of in years- tucking the ends of my hair in under my ponytail/bun/wrap. I never thought about tucking my ends in. I got that from another one of your videos, but I am learning a lot from this video as well. Thank you.

    I definitely needed to hear this. I deep condition and moisturize often but nearly do I ever add protein. It really sucks, because I have battled with disordered eating for a while, resulting in me being deficient in different vitamins. My mom and sister both have long healthy hair...and I just wish it would happen for mehh. Been thinking of cutting it, because it's just so darn damaged! 😔 You're hair is very beautiful btw!

    Don't be rough with your hair: especially don't manipulate while dry, make sure your nails won't snag, finger detangle a little (uses tangle teaser)
    Balance moisture and protein
    Moisture is key : make sure you deep condition regularly and seal properly
    Oils babe
    Protect your hair: bonnets,protective styling. Change up your protective styles

      Tahani W do you use the henna gloss and the oil in the same week? i have been doing the glosses and i made the oil i was thinking after i do my gloss wait a day then put the oil in my hair so that for the rest of the week my hair can still be benefiting, what do you think about that? and if not what is your routine if you dont mind, please and thank you!

    • @tahanniwalls3906
      @tahanniwalls3906 7 років тому

      Thats Cute I do the gloss on wash day and then I wait a day and oil and massage it. Massaging your hair is key when you use the oil.

    • @thatscutee
      @thatscutee 7 років тому

      Tahani W thank you for responding! im happy to know what im doing is okay lol. i do massage the oil in my hair, i just started to do it within the last two weeks and was wondering if its okay! so im happy to know others are saying they do it, i wish i wouldve been combining it from the start LOL but at least i know now! thank you sooo much!

    • @tahanniwalls3906
      @tahanniwalls3906 6 років тому

      Thats Cute I usually mix the giovanni deep conditioner with the gloss or an avocado. If I feel like my hair needs something more, I will use a regular conditioner. I’ll also say that there might be another deep conditioner that works better for you so definitely find out what ingredients your hair loves. Camille Rose Naturals & Miele Organics have great conditioners as well.

    • @KLT828
      @KLT828 7 років тому +7

      Nikki528 I have been using the oil since it has been available on the Belle Bar site. I add my msm and some extra peppermint oil to it and massage it in my scalp every other day. My husband and kids are saying my hair is looking soooo thick and personally my hair looks like it is growing a tad bit faster but I have to post my pics so I can really see the difference. My hair does appear to be a bit dry after using it so I do have to monitor that but other than that I am loving this oil .

    • @shadele17
      @shadele17 7 років тому +10

      Kelsey T I made my own fenugreek oil by soaking the seeds in olive oil. Use it on my scalp twice a week.

    • @shadele17
      @shadele17 7 років тому +7

      Nikki528 it works. Really does make the hair feel thicker. I blended my leftover seeds after making my oil and used it as a hair mask. It felt like a protein treatment. Hair felt stronger, shiny but a little dry. Followed hair mask with moisturising conditioner. The result was less breakage and shedding that week.

I also appreciate how your routine is simple, yet effective without containing a tureen of products. Although I have grown out my hair from a second BC for about three and half years (June 1, 2014), it’s a learning experience and am returning to my simpler hair regimen that garnered a lot of compliments until my product junkie syndrome happened. I look forward to more of your videos! 😊👊🏽👊🏽😊

    Awesome! For the past year I've been using a protein/moisturizing deep conditioner so I don't use it on a weekly basis. It has strengthen and moisturizes my hair drastically. For protective styles I do buns and flat twists as well. Using braiding hair has done much justice for me. The nape of my hair is the first to lock and I'm very tender headed. I love doing scalp massages with the inversion method for more blood flow.

    • @adriennewhiting4860
      @adriennewhiting4860 6 років тому +10

      Wigs & weaves are dangerous. You scalp does not get the proper amounts of oxygen & light. It does grow but the hair that grows is week and soon as you start wearing your own hair styled it steads, and breaks off leading you to get yet another wig or weave. It is a vicious cycle. Don’t fall in this trap or into this endless rabbit hole. Learn to use your own hair to protect & style.

    That first tip is essential. A lot of women view kinky/curly hair as unmanageable and requiring some "elbow grease" to comb and style. If you rough comb straight hair you will pull it out when you hit a snag, imagine how much more you're pulling out kinky/curly hair.

    Being too rough can also mean detangling on wet hair using conditioner which can result in excessive shedding which is what happened to me since last year, but I finally got a trim last week Thursday. I need to check my fingernails more often before touching my hair. Please do a video on your deep conditioners! My hair is amazingly moisturized when I use a better using as Camille Rose Naturals Aloe Whipped Butter Gel or their Almond Jai Twisting Butter. I need to change up my protective styles, and be more creative with them. I can’t afford Vanity Planet’s scalp massager brush right now, so I just use my fingers to massage my scalp with my Mielle Organics Mint Almond Oil which works amazing.

    I'm going to make YOUR henna butter. my hair loved it before but it ran out and I got lazy. This time I will make a huge batch that would last me 4 months at a time🤗😍

    I needed this video..my hair is growing sooo slow, to me it grew faster when I had a perm. You mentioned something regarding protein, will your Cassia treatment take care of the protein part? or is that something separate? ❤️❤️You!

    HELLO and thanks for another video full of lessons. I'd love to know how I can substitute amla oil for powder (the powder is what I have). I'm always unsure when recipes call for oil. I have the same problem with fenugreek seeds. I have the seeds and not the powder so there's that...Thanks a bunch!!

    🤗Hey girl ! So glad you have more awesome content on the way. I get so excited to get notifications once you’ve uploaded! ❤️ question/video request : Balayam yoga (rubbing nails together to make hair grow). I’d really like your thoughts 💭 and if you’d try it. 💛✨😊
