GIRL! The other day I mixed my henna, amla and shikakai powders with the Shea moisture 10 in 1 renewal masque and some oils and let me tell you. My 4C hair totally surrendered. It didn't even put up a fight! The slip was second to none I have ever used!! I was already in love with the conditioner but this is next level.
    Thank you!!

      @brandyyolidio4213 6 років тому +4

Yes she should have her license revoked!! It bothers me how a stylist can mess you all up and face no penalty. I got so much heat damage from a fake stylist. She blamed me and actually thought we were going to have a Facebook argument smh. She really needs to go back to school, she's not ready. I still have damage but I'm working on it, thanx for the tips!

    My favorite deep conditioners:
    1) Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque
    2) Giovanni 2 Chic Avocado & Olive Oil Ultra-Moist Hair Mask
    3) Most of the Hask brand of Deep Conditioners
    4) DIY - Avocado, banana, coconut milk, honey, EVOO
    5) When my hair will be straightened - Joico K-Pak Intense Hydrator
I stopped using Shea Moisture because the scents from the deep conditioners lingered in my hair and overpowered the scent of my styling products. Plus, I got tired of the reactions to the smell of my hair when I went to work. I prefer refreshing, light floral scented hair products. Giovanni and Kinky Curly are my favorite brands. These products help clump my curls together and elongate them, as opposed to making my hair poofy.

I used the shea moisture deep conditioner once and it was a total 180°. Admittedly, I wasn't taking proper care of it 😞 but stumbling onto your videos definitely gave me a kick in the butt be better with it. I also took your advice and made a home remedy. The results are fantastic. Thank you for your advice 💗

The Shea Moisture Jamaican Black castor oil is my absolute favourite and it smells so yummy. I've been using your tea rinse since July and girl let me tell you before I started using it, the amount of breakage and shedding I had was no joke. I literally had clumps of hair falling off on wash day. For the last three months however, breakage has been so minimal, I can actually count the number of hair strands I lose. Amazing! By the way, I ordered your oil and henna gloss since Nov. 20th but I still haven't received it! My last order took just 6 days but my experience this time has been so disappointing. I've contacted BelleBar Organics 3 times but received no reply 😭

😁 OMG! I was just looking through UA-cam videos searching for conditioner recommendations for detangling thick, kinky, curly natural hair! Girl, I'm at my wits end with this hair! This natural hair journey is frustrating. I am so beyond excited that I found your channel a few weeks ago. I have started to incorporate ayruvedic herbs into my hair care regimen, but today I realized that the conditioner I've been using is giving me the blues when it comes to detangling! It just may be a reason, amongst others, as to why I'm having a hard time retaining length. Thank God for you my friend! Many thanks for what you do to help naturals learn to care for and love our curls.

Thank you for always bringing knowledge to all you encounter. My top 5 favorite conditioners: Shea moisture jbco masque and Shea Moisture Superfruit, your collaboration with Belle Bar the cassia one, your rose gloss bars and mielle organics Babassu oil mint deep conditioner. I will look for the L'Oréal conditioner tomorrow. Thank you for that find, I always add in extra yummyness to my conditioners like hibiscus powder, rose powder, aloe vera powder and whatever oil is in the conditioner and I have like Babassu oil or I will just use my fenugreek oil. That is an extremely moisturizing ayurvedic hair masque used with heat for 30m. Just pure hair yummyness. Lol 😁

I have both of the shea moisture conditioners mentioned. I think you failed to mention the castor Apple cider vinegar one is a leave in . My hair is high porosity so it dries super fast . A leave in is crucial for me .
My hair sheds a lot , and I tend to reach for the yucca baobab root one the most when deep conditioning.
I still have yet to try the herbs but will soon . I am trying to use up what I have now - I only wash my hair every two to three weeks .

About 6 months ago my hair starting falling out at an alarming rate. I mean handfuls of hair. I would get out the shower and see tons of my hair in the bottom of the shower. I went to the Dr and he checked my thyroid and then my magnesium and my iron trying to figure out why my hair was falling out it became so bad that it started to affect my household my husband my children it just became really bad. My daughter who was in college sent me a video of this beautiful God-fearing young lady name curly proverbs. I started watching the videos and then I watched another and another until I have basically binged watched all her videos over the weekend I had never heard of arovaded herbs. However the next day I went out and brought every single product .By then I had already purchased hundreds of dollars of products trying to stop the hair loss. I became a henna gloss, henna tea making machine. I do not want to type a book. Well actually I do because I cannot give this young woman enough praise. I thank God for her. Long story short when my hair started falling out it was about 17 inches and at the end of the falling out period it was very thin and about 6 inches. I measured my hair today and in 6 months I have grown 8 inches. I am blessed to have your videos to keep encouraging me. I never took pictures of the hair loss because it was to depressing but I now wish I had so I could show my results. Thank you so much .I will continue to pray that God continues to bless every venture you put your mind to.

valérie M what do you do please as I am confused about her Ayurvedic routine and masks etc

    • @misscabogirl

Hi Rahana, I did a planning based on a week and I am following it very consciously : Firstly, I am using her Growth Fenugreek Oil with a scalp massage twice a week ( Wednesday and Saturday and sleep on it). Secondly, I am doing my shampoo time included Rhassoul Clay ( Sunday), then I am hydrating my hair with Aloé Vera Juice, her Herb or Henna Tea, a leave-in and a little coconut oil at the end. Then as a Mask ; I am using her Henna Gloss/Mask (I change it every Sunday). In conclusion, Every Thursday, I am doing a Protein Mask. So, I am not gonna lie to you.. It takes time in my journey, but her routine changed everything ; my hair is so different, grow faster and the curls are poppin .. its crazy. All its homemade following her videos ( just go watch her videos)... By the way the mixtures are really easy to do and the products easy to find too . Include henna, Rhassoul Clay and AV Juice in my routine have changed everything. I hope my comment will help you, Its works perfectly for me. Val

Great video. Thank you sooooo much! I’ll try everything except NO Shea Moisture products. My hair is one of those that can’t stand Shea Moisture. You did remind me of the Deeper Moisture product. I used to use that a lot but stopped, not sure why. Probably just forgot about it. Anyway, I’m really excited about the Belle Bar Organic products. With all the hair I do (2 teens plus me) that company would cost me an arm and a leg, but I plan on fitting it into my budget somehow. Thanks again.

I actually gasped when you said the L’Oréal was 3 for 2 at boots! It’s all sold out but it’s the same price on amazon so I’ll be buying a case of that. LOL. My only worry is the mineral oil; when it’s in products like conditioners it tends to dry my hair out. But the thickness of it (so glad you showed a texture shot - thanks) looks like it will make up for that. I’m going through a lot of conditioner now that I’m doing cassia glosses regularly (thanks again for that!) so I wanted to find something that will last a while. Great video, love. You are glowing 💞

I do want your Top 5 Ayurvedic powders!! So new to this, literally just picked up Henna, Brahmi, Alma, and Shikaikai powders at my local Indian market. Picked up a 32oz Aloe Vera today from the health food store and really want to start max nutrient treat my hair because I’ve been shoulder length FOREVER! Even my fiancé said your hair doesn’t grow past their huh!! My feeling were hurt but he’s right. I kno my hair has become better, better curl poppage/definition, I finally slowly grew out all of my heat damage with gradual trimming, my hair has become a lot fuller and thicker BUT I just can’t get the length. So help a sistah out!! Love you channel though definitely gonna be trying a lot of the Ayurvedic treatments and hope it helps!!!🤗😘
