@doubler3dpanda --has 25 damage along with it's 1200 RPM (I think but I know it was recorded at over 1000). I think it's pretty balanced, kinda like the USAS12. People say it's a 'noob gun' but with it only have 11 shells (with the extended mag) you can only engage targets at 10-40m (12 buck) or at 150ish if you're going frag. Which is pretty easily dodged since it's very VERY bright and quite slow.
@Patypatpat99 That is a pretty subjective question. I believe they are all good, maybe try the Scar-H engineer weapon. I found the Scar-H to be pretty good when i was using it.
@Patypatpat99 AEK-971 is an awesome gun to use for Medic, good rate of fire and good amount of damage. SCAR-H for Engineer, the M37 IAR for Support. I dont know for Recon, I dont use it very much
If you aren't playing with your feet, the AN-94 easily is one the best assault weapons in the game. Tapping and burst firing is a must, however. Most players won't know what this is though and will run and spray. In which case other weapons are better, like the l85
@Paladinandstuff Not really. At full auto it has only 600ish RPM and the 1200 RPM is the 2 round burst fire. You can't out gun anyone (perhaps maybe those with the g3a3) at CQC but it's exceptional at LR. I love this gun after I curiously picked it up from the dust racket and people (especially snipers) hate me for it. :3
I'm quite disappointed with AN94 and honestly for me, the ironsight felt too big compared to other guns, not to mention if you are still not accompanied by its firing mechanism.
@Patypatpat99 it depends with your nature of fighting because you cant say that a wapeon is the best or the worst, because with an sniper rifle you cant rush into the field and with an An94 you cant sniper on a distance 200 feet and more ;D sorry for the bad English, I´m dont speak it very well :D So i think the best wapeon for a soldier is the F2000 or the M416 with an holdsight or something like a Kobrasight, a frontgrip and a silencer... I love this gun :D In 1 week I had already +350 kills!
Haha, F2000 is great for close range. You just need to get a good scope and the AN94 is amazing for mid range. Use heavy barrel as well and underslung an M320. Its a great combination.
This weapon is very good, but in this game is a ridiculous weapon recoil, clearly in the vids on practically bursts does not move. we must demand that the best calibrated

Your burst will probably not hit with a close grouping at a far range shot, also your bullet damage decreases over that range to only 17 per damage. It's godly, yes. But only in CQC because it is an AR, which means it--
The AS Val is not that great, with a 21 round maximum capacity, short range and low accuracy with a high rate of fire to boot, it's more of an UZI that anything else.

@ballsthatclank i like an-94 more than f2000 but in bad company 2 i preferd the f2000 over all other assault rifle

an-94 is more for long range engagements
try the an-94 full auto with silencer, the sound is fine

for assault is better this gun, F2000 is same AEK, i prefered Famas or AN-94
